How Strong is the EU?

When I made my predictions in 2009;

The Euro will decline, especially during the month of January,June, July and October, and we will hear of one or more European countries thatwill want to abandon the EU Agreement. [This does not mean that they will].

We have continued to hear about other countries such as Germany and France which have strong political parties that have expressed their desire to leave the EU. These concerns continue to be strong, as countries such as France feels they have little control of their borders. This is an interesting interview Mme. Marinne Le Pen, presidential candidate for France.

One thing I have repeatedly expressed is that Mundane Predictions do not necessarily act out its prediction immediately, but rather commences its action and make take a few years to enforce.

Prediction On The Royal Wedding

It’s one of the most anticipated weddings of year, the Royal Wedding of Prince William of England to journalist Kate Middleton. Traditional astrology can evaluate from different astrological perspective, the fate of this young couple, and how their marriage will turnout.

In the past, the royalty would have an astrologer who selected the best time to perform the wedding, not to mention that in India, it is customary to evaluate the chart of both natives in order to see if they are compatible or not.

In the case of Prince William and Kate Middleton, the prince's chart shows that they have little in common, but look good as a couple. The prince tends to attract more of a conversationalist and a woman with a lot of initiative, but his ideal woman is a reserved and quiet, much like his mother. She on the other hand is more sure of herself and reflects more confidence than him, while he will turn out to be her worst enemy, pretending to being what he is not.

One of the first observations that I make is the position of Venus in the chart of Prince William, located in the terms of Saturn, and that is indicative according to Massah Alah;

“If you will be in the terms of Saturn, he will suffer from headaches due to women, and look and take as a woman, one that speaks much, one to bother about anything, proud, and some subject, to be older than him .”

This configuration is the same as the golfer Tiger Woods, in other words, it is likely that she will not be obedient, and will defy him and will want to impose her position.

The Lot of Marriage is Aquarius, and although his Ruler Saturn, is in its exaltation, it shows us that there will be differences of opinions on bringing up their children, or his outings with other women, some may be friends of her or known to her. These problems will become accentuated because he will have little patience with her.

By 2013, they will be announcing the arrival of the baby or having their first baby during that year, that is, for late 32 or early 33, but this does not help to improve their relationship, on the contrary, and for 2014 the difficulties will continue intensifying for them. Wedding Date:

The Ascendant in Leo, the outputs of Prince Williams will be visible and this is what causes the problems of the couple.

The couple's personal problems will begin to be reflected during the years of 2014, when we will hear rumors of their separation. Initially, he will not be willing to part with her, during the period of controversy, but this should come about sometime in 2018, when surely we will hear about their divorce. Most likely their divorce will come about sometime around his 36^th. or the start of his 37^th. years of age.

In 1989 Michael Lewis wrote an article called; “How a Tokyo Earthquake could Devestate WallStreet”. Well, we all know the story and it’s effect or the effect this will have in the economy. Just when the government mentioned that the economy was starting to get back on its feet, we get the Arab uprising with oil prices going up and out of control, and now the earthquake/tsunami, that has devastated Japan. If this was not enough, their nuclear problems.
For the last few years I have been predicting that the US economy could only get worse, and I, now more than ever, believe we are headed toward a most difficult situation.

Economy:

EU: We will continue to hear about job loss. You may hear of layoffs in airlines, in the mail or anything related to transport or communications. The next six months there will be various affected sectors such as agriculture, communications, transportation, areas of health, banking and investments, we will lose or the government will stop recruiting employees in the government. We are likely to see growth amounting to 10.5% from 12% of unemployed people in the country before the year ends.

Wages in many of the companies will be frozen, or we will see pay cuts, and/or decrease in property of persons.

We will hear of the uncover of a major fraud or financial scandals.

When looking at a Mundane chart, it is most difficult to see or understand, from an emotional view point, that at this stage of our lives we will be witnessing and probably form part of such historical events. It just goes beyond on our sense of comprehension.

We can only embrace ourselves to live each day as if it were the last of our days, enjoy our lives next to our love ones, and remind our children to embrace the only thing we have sure in life, our love for each other.

Title Did Not Fall Short: A World in Crisis

The last few weeks have been intensive, as we look at the events that have been shaking the world. When we look at applying Mundane events through astrology, the ancients left a series of rules, when followed, would help delineate the events that would unfold.

In my predictions of 2011, I titled these predictions as; “A World in Crisis”. The title does not fall short of the events that have been occurring, but most surprisingly is the fact that we will commence to understand that the situation in the US will only become worst.

Despite my prediction on world events;

Power struggles come from areas such as India, Syria, and there will be major conflicts in areas such as Arabia, Germany, Russia, England and France.

I did not take a look at these countries per se, to determine what kind of problems, nor when these would occur. (I have a full time consultation practice). But it is undeniable, that the events are there, and we should expect to continue to see more events of this kind occurring throughout Europe and Latin America.

Latin America:
We will hear of protests, and as some countries will go against their leaders. The people will feel that scarcity increases, and will suffer because of damage crops, while all this happens, very little will the leaders care for their countries. The eastern area of America is likely to suffer an earthquake.

But that is not all;

I have been consistent in mentioning that the economy will worsen, this despite the fact that we have heard that the economy is getting stronger, that unemployment has not gotten worse, and that companies have agreed to employ more people.

When we look at the outlook of things;

• Congress discriminatory budget cuts.

• In-Pass between Congress and the President.

• The President’s own budget cuts

• The rise of oil.

• States increasing taxes.

One can begin to understand why the course of these predictions will take place. This, without mentioning, the possibility of another war taking place in the upcoming month in Korea.

We will continue to see protest, but not only in the Arab countries, but elsewhere, like in the US, Latin America and Europe. 2011 will be remembered as one of upheaval, but few will gain the objectives desired.

It is interesting to see how destiny unfolds itself and how the alignment of the stars anticipates mundane events. Although I am far from being an expert in the material, understanding that I have not grasped the full knowledge that the ancients have left us, and that there are techniques, yet unknown to me, plus the Grace of God that allow men to foretell the future with the necessary wisdom and humbleness to communicate as prophets, I dare delve myself in these matters, with the only intention to the greatness of His writings.

Already, some of these predictions have come about;

Puerto Rico: The people feel a loss of honor, as the employment situation continues to deteriorate, they will feel that the hopes will dissipate. All this will come by the continued loss of employment.
Puerto Rico: Unemployment will continue to be rampant, reaching unseen proportions. It is likely that the island suffers from an unemployment rate of 18% or more before the year ends. The government will be at lost and will not find alternatives to the ailing problems and will feel at lost and idly without knowing how to cope.

The government reported a 17% unemployed, the highest ever, and it continues to worsen.

Puerto Rico: The increase in crime will continue to be rampant, increase escalations, and the death of young men,

During the first month of January an all time hign, 111 assassinations, 37 more than last year.

US-And cold winds come during the first months. Hear heavy snow storms, especially during those first months of the year.

During this month a snow storm has hit the US, from Dallas, Texas to Boston, Mass.

Power struggles come from areas such as India, Syria, and there will be major conflicts in areas such as Arabia, Germany, Russia, England and France.

Egypt and Tunisia part of the Arab world, are foreseeing an upraise of protest against the government. We will continue to see this during the upcoming month. As far as Egypt, I am afraid de Mubarak will not hold on to power much longer, and the events will continue to escalate. When the Moon reaches the terms of Mars in a fiery sign, which will be within the 17 and 19 of February, it is most likely that he will no longer be in power during these dates.

Predictions 2011 - A World in Crisis

Introduction:
The forecast of world events, from an astrological point of view has always been regarded as a branch of astrology which is of most interest to the public. However, their prognosis, is still very difficult. This was completed in November, and made public through newspapers in December. Already many of my predictions have started to unfold.
The Ruler of the Year:

The Ruler of the Year is Saturn and is in the ascendant, Retrograde and the Moon separates from Saturn. The Ascendant represents the people, and the moon is the main signifier of the masses of the people and this means that many sorrows will befall people and misfortunes. The men of wealth will be unfair to the common people, and this will be mostly reflected in the work area. Therefore, increase of layoffs, and we will see protests against the companies.

Mexico: The Ruler of the Year for Mexico will be Mars, and this is indicative that many disputes will arise among men, and there will be an increase in the death of women or domestic violence. Men betray their partners, and disputes will arise against each other.

All this brings massacres, murder, blood-related diseases, deadly pains, many fights and conflicts. Rebels will rise against the president or his government, and leaders feel anger against his people. Pests are present in some regions. Corruption abounds, and the people will seek to dethrone the noble men of their "status".

The People:

US: Men will be seeking to move to other places, from one state to another, looking for better welfare. The elderly continue to suffer greatly from the economic havoc, as well as those frail physiques. Men will be involved more in sports, as a form of entertainment, and to improve their income and seek creative ways to achieve it. We will see an increase in marriage. No respect for law and those who make the law. We will see an increase in poverty in many parts of the U.S., but this will be seen more in the north and northwest and southwest of the U.S. We will see an increase in taxes, especially in those areas of the country.

The country will be in pursuit of knowledge, so listen to great advances in science, in medicine with respect to Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, or operations in the brain. There will be a desire to write and we will hear of people who want to give wise advice. People will seek to distract the problems at concerts, dances, and fun. Therefore, these areas will be favored as a business opportunity.

We are likely to see riots in the eastern area of the U.S., or that this area suffered heavy losses and devastation. You may hear of the death of a respected judge. We see the destruction of churches, or individuals opposed to religion.

Mexico: The economic situation continues to deteriorate. The people will feel that the president's actions will be in there detriment and will bring them much loss of livelihood. Young people are the ones who will suffer most from the economic situation, resorting to other measures to meet their needs. There will be a lot of uncertainty, estrangement from family and death among them. The intelligent man will be delivered to their work and take care of their health. All in search of better economic issues, and spend less on the disease.

The president will want to increase taxes to the Mexican people. There will be an increase in the death of children, and many die from the lack or poor nutrition.

Puerto Rico: The people feel a loss of honor, as the employment situation continues to deteriorate, they will feel that the hopes will dissipate. All this will come by the continued loss of employment. The less fortunate and the elderly suffer huge economic damage, hunger, and lack of care. They will see an increase in taxes or in other areas to seek to alleviate the economic burden of government.

The man will be given to vices, gambling, looking to improve their income, there will be an increase in marriages between young girls and who wish to become pregnant. But adults will not want to marry and we will see a decline in marriages among adults.

There will be discord among men, they will be disobedient to the law and increase poverty among the population, as there will be shortages, damages, and deception by individuals. The man moves to the North and the Northeastern U.S., looking for better welfare. But the puertorriquens will be aware that there will be little opportunities and there luck will seem to drift away from the people. They will feel that their closest allied will go against them and they will be left in disrepair. He will be overtaken by great sadness and sorrow to see the crumbling of family welfare. There will be an increase in divorces, and many disagreements arise between husband and wife.

Health:

EU: For health, we will hear the main topics will be, kidney problems, lower back, the lumbar or sacrum. It will be a year that people will feel lost emotionally and resort to drugs to keep the trial. Household affairs or the concerns of "foreclosure" re-emerge, and this causes much sorrow in the population and are affected by depression. Winter will bring a bad cold, fever, and prolonged illnesses. But this emphasis is more on the Libra, Aries, and Cancers.

Mexico: The Mexicans will suffer pancreas problems and increased diabetes, liver and suffer from foot conditions. But all this will be more emphasized in those who are Piscean or those who are virgos. Fever abound among Mexicans, and we will hear of the death of good men.

Puerto Rico: An increase in diabetes will be significant over the coming months. Puerto Ricans will feel the economic pressures on the back, or lower back. There will be a lot of depression and people who seek seclusion.

It is likely that we will hear of the emergence of disease outbreak that causes fever and death among children, and this could be happening for the months July to September. The Department of Health and Hospitals will not be ready.

In the first months of the year, hear about the death of a statesman, a politician or someone famous or recognized in the country.

Economy:

In any case, you may see a growth in employment due to foreign companies wanting to locate there. There will be an increase in death from sickness.

Puerto Rico: Unemployment will continue to be rampant, reaching unseen proportions. It is likely that the island suffers from an unemployment rate of 18% or more before the year ends. The government will be at lost and will not find alternatives to the ailing problems and will feel at lost and idly without knowing how to cope. The people will suffer from shortages and even those who are working, feel that money will not be sufficient to cover their daily expenses. For those who maintain their jobs, they will not receive an increase in salaries nor bonuse. The government will be exposed and the deception and theft that have been perpetuated by the government or government sectors, such as the University, the costs of judges, and education all will be criticized by the people.

Agriculture:

U. S. - The first six months will shortages in agriculture, we will hear of loss, and this will cause an increase in food prices. We are likely to see losses in areas like the Southeast and Northwest United States. The damage will ensue to crops by flooding problems.

Mexico: - The area’s most affected are the Northeast and Southwest of Mexico.

Puerto Rico: - suffer from severe floods and crop losses during the first six months, especially during the months of June and August 2011. The cost of food will be high, and there will be shortages on supermarket shelves.

Crime:

We will see an increase in crime in areas such as North and Northeast U.S., will increase the percentage of scaling and auto theft or means of transportation also will increase.

Mexico: death befalls many young people will be involved in unlawful things, the increase in theft and shady deals are the order of the day especially in areas west and south of Mexico region. They may not have control over its borders and continue hearing about the death of soldiers or policemen. The areas of northeastern Mexico will be most affected by the crime wave.

Puerto Rico: The increase in crime will continue to be rampant, increase escalations, and the death of young men, we will continue to hear of the death of policemen. There will be a tendency for women to hate men, and look for children, and continue listening to the news of child abuse and shameful abuses will continue shaking the country. The east area will have many arrests, the crime wave that scourge. Continue the wave of abuse of women and men will be relentless in their pursuit of crime.

Weather:

And cold winds come during the first months. Hear heavy snow storms, especially during those first months of the year. You may hear of an earthquake in these areas and in areas north of Mexico, eastern United States, and the area east of Puerto Rico.

Wars:

The first three months of the year, rumors about the possibility of war, there will be tensions worldwide and is likely for March or April, June or September, the same is being given due to lack of diplomatic agreements. There will be no penalty, and many innocent people die in the process.

All this will cause worldwide turmoil and will be the beginning of what will happen in the future. Hear of rebellions, malaise and two leaders who incited the war. It is likely that a country moves from the hands of one leader to another, the humiliation of a leader and his drop in rank. Hear of the misfortunes of some deputies. There will come a war that will cause hunger among the people, fears, and epidemics that are destructive to the people.

Jupiter is in opposition to Saturn in Aries Solar Income for 2011, which announces war, and being in Aries, since it is a fire sign and it is a day chart, the war comes from the east. Saturn is in Libra, retrograde and represents the north east, and is in poor condition. As shown left by ancient South Korea will be the one to initiate war, and North Korea is the country that is afflicted.

If we take the Solar Income Capricorn 2010 in Pyongyang, the ancients gave us the following warning;

"You must look to the Ruler of Midheaven to see if it is below its burning rays entering, that represent the king's death ... And if the signifier of the king was found with a planet VIII House, or House VII , from his opposition or square, is fear for the king's death during that year ... if the signifier of the King is entering combustion in that year, the king of that region will die in that year. "

The fall of rank could be the son of Kim Jong Il and North Korean unification with South Korea. All this will happen at a great price.

When war broke out?

Although I see four possible dates in my predictions, (March, April, June or September), I lean more towards March, and days which are not favorable are from 18 to 29.
We will hear about the uprising of the people, especially during the month of April in different parts of the world, but especially in Europe. It is likely that by the end of March or April we hear about the death of a political leader. April and May will be an asset with an increase in the death of soldiers, heavy rains, strong winds, and probably an earthquake.

Latin America:

We will hear of protests, and as some countries will go against their leaders. The people will feel that scarcity increases, and will suffer because of damage crops, while all this happens, very little will the leaders care for their countries. The eastern area of America is likely to suffer an earthquake. But some countries will continue to be strengthened economically, while the people suffer from increases in taxes.

The Korean Show-of-Force:

The conflict of North and South Korea has managed to put the world on check mate once again, because of the implications this could bring to the world. If we look at it from an astrological point of view, this is what we could predict.

The date and time of the initial “fight” tells us a lot about what can happen. The conflict began sometime in October, but the actual provocation of war began on November 23 at 14:23, in Korea. The aggressor, North Korea, is represented by the Ascendant, which is in Aries, and the defender is in the VII house, which is in Libra.

When we look at the Ascendant, Mars, which is the ruler, is in a fiery sign, Sagittarius, candent, and aspects a superior sign, Jupiter in Pisces, a water sign, which is in the XII house, and in opposition to the Moon, in Gemini, an air sign. Could we deduct that this was an air strike with the objective to hit what was ever in the water? It’s always easier to predict after the fact, so I will restrain myself from doing so.

The VII house is in Libra, and Venus, the ruler of the VII is also in Libra, and accompanied by Saturn, which is in its exaltation, and Venus is trine aspect with the Moon, and conjunct the Lot of Fortune. This indicates that Venus, the opponent is strong and has support from its allies. While Mars does not. In other words, South Korea is in a much stronger position, while North Korea acted somewhat hastily.

But this could be to general an assessment, and one must look at the Moon, since the ancients all agree that the Moon, for any election, should be taken into consideration, and she should be in her exaltaltion, or dignified when a decision to attack is made. And according to Teofilo de Edessa[1];

“If the Moon is in Gemini, with aspects from a benefic, the aggressor will withdraw, without achieving their objectives.”

The Moon receives a trine from Venus, and a square from Jupiter. This could mean that an agreement will be reached, but after the fact. If war is declared, it will be swift;

“A wanning moon produces liberation of the place attacked. If it is going from the descendant to the MC, applying to Venus and Mercury, it indicates the liberation of the city.”

This may come about by mutual agreements, but with difficulties or after the facts, since the Moon aspects Jupiter by square. But they will not reach an agreement, since Teofilo continues to tell us;

“If you should find the ruler of the Ascendent applying in favorable condition to the ruler of the VII house, you could predict that they will reach an agreement.”

This is the case; Mars and Venus do aspect each other. So an agreement will be reached somewhere between November 28^th, and December 4^th..

It seems that North Korea will be assisted by China, who will insist to back down from any further confrontation. In the agreements, it will be to the benefit of South Korea, which will end up with the upper hand.

If the hour in which it all began is correct, this will not escalate any further than it already has. If an agreement cannot be reached, then the dates between the 6^th and 9^th of December are an indication of war, and the hour was wrong. I believe this may have started at 9:00 am or earlier, and this would not be beneficial to South Korea. We shall soon find out.

BEIRUT (AP) - The discovery of large natural gas reserves under the waters of the eastern Mediterranean could potentially mean a huge economic windfall for Israel and Lebanon, both resource-poor nations - if it doesn't spark new war between them.

The Hezbollah militant group has blared warnings that Israel plans to steal natural gas from Lebanese territory and vows to defend the resources with its arsenal of rockets. Israel says the fields it is developing do not extend into Lebanese waters, a claim experts say appears to be correct, but the maritime boundary between the two countries - still officially at war - has never been precisely set.

Ex-CIA Director Michael Hayden said Sunday, July 25, that during his tenure (under President George W. Bush), a strike was "way down the list" of options. But now it "seems inexorable" because no matter what the US does diplomatically, Tehran keeps pushing ahead with its suspected nuclear program.

Talking to CNN's State of the Union, Gen. Hayden predicted Iran would build its program to the point where it's just below having an actual weapon. In his view, "That would be as destabilizing to the region as the real thing."

3 Large Quakes Hit Southern Philippines:

Three large earthquake have taken place in the “Southern” part of Phillippines. Although I would have liked to be more precise, I did mention that the large earthquake would happen in the Southern part of the world.

“A strong earthquake will hit a southern part of the world. It could be Paraguay, Greece or close to the Arabian Sea.”

Although no damage was reported, I believe that another will follow shortly which may be devastating. What does call my attention is the fact that volcano activity is relatively high, there are reports that three Russian volcanoes, Sheveluch, Klyuchevoskoy, and Karymsky are at code Orange. I have also heard that Watch Pagan, Mariana Islands and Irazu, Costa Rica volcanoes are also very active. Pagan volcano is at code Yellow as unrest continues to develop.

Since November 2009, I have predicted the possibility that a war would be initiated with the intentions to defend the interest of the Israelis. The latest events by the Israelis to attack a Turkish vessel have complicated things somewhat, but still highly suspicious, since it is the Israelis that sell close to one billion in arms to the Turkish government. The Turkish Government have prohibited the Israelis to use their air space at this time, until the publically express forgiveness for such actions.

What has caught my attention is the fact that US Press and the government have not talked about having sent the largest aircraft carrier and two other carriers to the Persian Gulf.

USS Nassau: More US naval-air-marine muscle off Iran

DEBKAfile's military sources report that Washington has posted a third carrier opposite Iran's shores. It is supported by amphibious assault ships and up to 4,000 Navy and Marine Corps personnel, bringing the total US strength in these waters to three carriers and 10,000 combat personnel.
The USS Nassau (LHA-4) Amphibious Ready Group 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit, tasked with supporting the Bahrain-based 5th Fleet area of operations, is cruising around the Bab al-Mandeb Straits where the Gulf of Aden flows into the Red Sea. Its presence there accounts for Tehran announcing Sunday, June 27 that its "aid ship for Gaza" had been called off, for fear an American military boarding party would intercept the vessel and search it. This would be permissible under the latest UN sanctions punishing the Islamic Republic for its nuclear program.

Other news sources also confirm the presence of more than 10 thousand troops in the area;

Iran literally is surrounded by American troops, notes an oil market analyst, Energy and Capital editor Christian A. DeHaemer. There is no evidence of an imminent attack, but he connects a number of recent events and the presence of American soldiers to warn that oil prices might soar -- with or without a pre-emptive strike aimed at stopping Iran’s nuclear power ambitions.

Iran is bordered on the east by Pakistan and Afghanistan, where U.S. troops have been waging a costly war, in terms of money and lives, against Taliban, Al-Qaeda and other terrorists.

The Persian Gulf is on Iran’s southern border, and last week’s report, confirmed by the Pentagon, that 11 warships had sailed through the Suez Canal, raised alarm bells that the U.S. is ready to fight to keep the Persian Gulf open.

Iran has threatened it could close the waterway, where 40 percent of the world’s oil flows in tankers, if the United Nations or the United States by itself carry out harsh energy sanctions against the Islamic Republic. An Israeli ship has also reportedly joined the U.S. armada.

Will Oil Increase?

I believe that it will, as a consequence to the attacks that may take place, being supported by Saudi Arabia. This is why I believe that the economy in the US and Europe will get worse, than better during the following months. Here is what the Asia Times report;’

The anatomy of an attack on Iran

In mid-June, Hugh Tomlinson in the Times of London wrote that the government of Saudi Arabia conferred on Israel the "green light" for use of its airspace for an attack on Iran. This revelation was said to be conventional wisdom inside the Saudi military. Tomlinson also quoted an unnamed United States military source stating to the effect that the US Department of State and the Defense Department had both said "grace" over this arrangement.
The Saudis and Israelis immediately denied the report, while US officials made no specific comments on the subject. The silence and denials nixed further media speculation.
First reported in the Times of London in July 2009 and referred to again in Tomlinson's recent article is word of a supposed meeting between Israel's Mossad chief Meir Dagan and unnamed Saudi intelligence leaders to discuss such an arrangement that both governments denied then and now.

Given the apparent regional political status quo, how might the Israeli Air Force (IAF) strike Iran undetected on approach and at the very least unacknowledged on return if the decision is made in Jerusalem that the existential threat posed by Iran's arc of nuclear progress can no longer safely be tolerated?

My Recent Predictions Alert the Entrance:

During my televised predictions in November on the 2010 Predictions, I warn about a war that will take place, in my article; The Moon Eclipse Following the Ingress Chart here in Imprimatur Stellarum.

“The countries ruled by Capricorn are; Thrace which is Greece, and in 2009 it was the fifth importers in arms. India, we know its problems with Pakistan. Chorassan or Khurasan which is in Iran and it means “were the Sun arrives from”. Will this be the entrance of the attack. I would not be surprised, since the US has been aiding Turkmenistan with weapons for the last few years. Macedonia, Morea, Illyria, Albania, Bosnia, Marracan, which is in Africa, Punjab, which is on the borderline of Pakistan, also vulnerable to attacks,

The earthly triplicity, which is Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn, belongs to the quarter which is between east and south. Its countries are: the country of the Indians, (Punjab), the islands of the seas with all their different names, the land of Sind, (which is a province of Pakistan and is East to Iran), Makran, (which is North to the Arabian Sea; An earthquake?), Khurasan, Fars, (which is close to the Persian Golf in Iran. Another entrance of attack?), Kirman, the land of Hajar, (which is between Syria and Hejaz), Uman, the desert of the Arabs and the land of Yemen, (there is a particular interest in this area)."

Although I announce that these possibilities are more likely to happen during the month of September and October, I would not be surprised that this happens during the month of July, right after the Sun eclipse. What I can anticipate and reaffirm, due to my past predictions, the situation will not get better, without mentioning the Gulf spill, will highly affect the economy.

July Sun Eclipse:

The Sun eclipse in Cancer;

“In the second decanate – Dries up rivers and fountains, and incontinency and wantonness among women.”

In the US, this dryness could be produced in the Western part of the US. As far as the rest of the world, we will see problems in Spain, especially in the Andalus region, or problems with the Prime Minister or the King. The Southeastern part of Europe, (Albania, Bosnia, and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Greece, Macedonia, and Montenegro), and the Central part of Europe, like Germany, Polonia, Austria, Slovakia. The eclipse will have an influence over China all the way to the Eastern part of Khirasan, which is in the NE part of Iran through Mashhad. We may hear of earthquakes in those areas.

Abraham Zacuto also warns us about the eclipse;

“If the Sun is eclipsed in Cancer, it is a sign of destruction of noble cities which are close to the ocean…, great death among the people due to naval war o storms.”

Iran ingress chart shows the eclipse in the IX, and the Moon, which represents the people are in the XII house, peregrine, in a very bad state. The areas that would be mostly affected, probably due to the entrance of its enemy, might be Abadan, (the circled area), which may be strongly attacked to cut off the oil in that area. But I also mention that according to the Lunar eclipse, we could be seeing planes entering from the air force base in Gyzylarbat in Turkmenistan.

“Will this be the entrance of the attack. I would not be surprised, since the US has been aiding Turkmenistan with weapons for the last few years.”

The lines depicted on the map are the areas mostly affected by the war, if it should happen.

Conclusion:

The economical implications will have a devastating effect in Europe and the US, as it will on Israel, which I have predicted in November 2009. This may be the cause to the economical havoc I have been prediciting.

The Moon Eclipse Following the Ingress Chart:

The ancients took a particular notice on the effects of the eclipses, especially if it proceeded a few days after an Ingress. The Cancer Ingress chart takes place on June 21st., and according to Masha’ allah;

“After this, look at the topic of an eclipse, if you knew that there would be an eclipse in that same year.”

The Lord of the sign in which the eclipse takes place, is Capricorn, and Saturn is in Virgo, peregrine, and in opposition to Jupiter, which is the Lord of the Ascendant. and square to Mercury.

According to the ancients, the Moon in Capricorn means;

“Brings frequent incursions and assaults of soldiers, robberies and captivities.”

Masha’ allah also tells us;

“It will be made angry”

In other words, because it is peregrine and in a malefic state, it will be worse off the affects upon the people it will influence.

I would not be surprised that we may see strong protest in the part of Germany, and continue to see protest in Greece.

Since the Moon is in the 10 degree of Capricorn and in the limits of Jupiter, and Jupiter is in a male sign, we can expect the death of men; these deaths can happen in Palestine and/or Syria, which are ruled by Aries. This Moon eclipse emphasis my predictions made in 2009, in which I warn about war, and I also mention this in my Libra Ingress, Predictions 2010 – USA and World Predictions;

“We will hear rumors about war and these rumors will increment during the month of July, and we must be watchful because the month of September these rumors can become true. Israel will attack Iran, Syria, or Palestine, A byzantine leader will die and his country will suffer calamities, all this will
happen between July and September. We will hear of more protest throughout the world and riots during the month of September and October.”

Abraham Zacuto also tells us;

“if the Moon eclipsed is in the sign of Capricorn it announces war in Africa, riots, and sickness will come to farmers, and harsh coldness, and hail.”

Once again we find Africa mentioned by another astrologer and he also concurs with my prediction;

“We will hear of more protest throughout the world and riots during the month of
September and October.”

Kusyar Ibn Labban’s “Introduction to Astrology” tells us;

He also continues to mention;

“If it is in one the bicorporal signs, (referring to the ruler of the sign of
the eclipse), it indicates influence in people and kings."

In my predictions I mention;

“A byzantine leader will die and his country will suffer calamities, all this
will happen between July and September.”

I am also curious about Paraguay, which is ruled by Cancer but it is in the Tropic of Capricorn. And Byzantium is also ruled by Cancer, which is in Constantinopla. So is this the other large earthquake we are seeing during the month of September.

The eclipse lasted about four hours, and that means that the effect of this eclipse will take place between mid August and mid September.

The Eclipse and its signification to the US:

The first week of October, the President’s popularity will drop considerably, and he will realize that all the efforts to improve the economy have not worked. The people will go against him. We might see a female family member die or sick, during that month. But the effect if the eclipse will be against the people and the hardship that awaits them, especially in the Western, Eastern and Southern part of the US. We will hear of strong cases of depression, chronic diseases, tuberculosis, diarrhea, quartan fever, fear and stubbornness.

Conclusion:

We will see an attack against Palestinia, Iran or Syria within the following month, mid September nor later than mid October. A strong earthquake will hit a southern part of the world. It could be Paraguay, Greece or close to the Arabian Sea. We will continue to see riots, especially in Europe, Greece and possibly Portugal. Death will come to a world leader, a King or an important noble man, and we shall see the death of a Persian leader.

May the prayers avoid such hardship among the people.

Predictions 2010 – USA and World Predictions

Introduction:

As we approach the second half of the year, I would like to present the predictions for this period. These predictions have been written since May, and they cover events which should occur during the month of July through March.

I have learned many things since I started studying Mundane events from the ancients such as; Ali Aben Ragel, Abu Masar, Masha’allah and Guido Bonatti. I have also realized that the predications made on mundane matters differ a great deal from natal events, one being that they will not initialize during said period, but unfold during the course of time. The prediction made, in some instances but not all, can mean that during said period, the prediction starts to develop itself to a final outcome which may take place several years later. An example of this is my prediction made here in Imprimatur Stellarum;

“The Euro will decline, especially during the month of January, June, July and October, and we will hear of one or more European countries that will want to abandon the EU Agreement. [This does not mean that they will).”

During these month, the Euro decline, and its continued decline commenced in December of 2009. I recall a comment from one of the forums, that this was unlikely, but the US Dollar, despite its problems, has become stronger.

The financial crisis that has hit the European Union has taken its toll on nations such as Germany, and expressions of separating from the EU, has been heard among political parties.

Facing a Financial Crisis, European Nations Put Self-Interest First

Oral Roberts, the Pentecostal evangelist whose televid faith-healing ministry attracted millions of followers worldwide and made him one of the most recognizable and controversial religious leaders of the 20th century, died Tuesday in Newport Beach, Calif. He was 91.

But these are just a few of the predictions that have been fulfilled. What about the future events?

Predictions 2010 – US Economical Turmoil:

Eclipses:

The Sun in Cancer on July 11th. in the 2nd. Decanate;

“Dries up rivers and fountains, and stirs up incontinency and wantonness among women.”

But we will see an upset in the government during the coming months, the death
of an important man of state, among Royalty, nobility, or statemen.

The Moon in Gemini on Dec. 21st. in the 3rd. Decanate.

“The cause of death of some illustrious and renowned person.”
The national finance will be disturbed or a stock crash, or a Bank/s will be in trouble, or the closing of a lot of banks during the upcoming months. Changes in taxations.
The People:

The Ascendant reflects the people and it is in Gemini, and we are told by the ancients that much speculation will be made on divinatory sciences, about the study of the stars, about mans faith, and it will awaken philosophers, medicine and the study of math. Men will want to find refugee in these things and in art, and will want to uplift his spirit and to do things right administratively.

But we will hear of parents who will harm their children. Women will die, and those serving the states as police women will be more at stake. We will continue to hear about domestic violence, and it will be a bad year against women, especially in the North and NW region of the US, and the South and SE. All this, due to economical restraint.

Crime will continue to increase in the Mid Northern States and the NE States of the US.

The people will feel much uncertainty, depression will be high and the President will be highly criticized and will continue to lose popularity. But this will have very little effect on him. The Moon is the significator of the people and we will see how the people will lose their sustenance, and the remaining part of the year will be unfavorable, and unfortunate things caused by the pressure and weakness of their occupation, and the disappearance of their way of living, their wealth, and their occupation and weakness will come to their bodies and health, all caused by stress.
Many will die or will take their lives. We will see the people demanding an explanation and requesting that the truth is spoken and that the people know the truth of what goes on with the government.

People will flock back to the church seeking to find spiritual comfort and hoping to strengthen their position with God, and his name will be heard and they will glorify him. And this will be good for men, for faith and the seeking of spiritual strength is the only hope one has.

We will hear about the arrest of financial men, accountants and scribes who
have been in the eye of justice. Many will be known to us.

We will see a decrease in pregnancy, but this will not avoid that women
will fornicate and commit more adultery and she will seek to harm men.

Men will seek better wellbeing in other states, and they will move from one state to another. And all this will come about, because of the lack of a good life, high cost in medical care, food, and taxes. Only sadness, uncertainty and fights among men will be witnessed.

We will hear about students protest, government lay-offs in various states, lack of services and the closing of small companies and banks. Some States will witness protest by workers, especially during the month of September and October.

Trade and labor are unfortunate. Misfortune and gloom in the social life of the people and the upper class will feel unsatisfied.

Peoples Health:
We will hear about a high incidence in prostate or womb cancer, and colon cancer. Young people with a high incident in allergies or sinus problems. Death will come to men because of man.

Weather:
Floods will be the main issue for the US, especially in the South. Agriculture will report great loses.

President:
The month of September and December, is not a good period for the President, and security measures should be tighten, since more threats against him will be made. It will be a year of transformation in which he will be afraid for his security. His enemies will be men of business, financers or men of science. His hopes will be on improving the economy, but his efforts will not be met. He will continue to have strong opposition, as his popularity continues to decline. (More will be available in his Reuolutiones Annorum on President Obama). He will find many difficulties among his own party and they will obstruct or create obstacles or delays to his promises and the passage of legislation.

It is possible that the President will request the resignation of one who has to do with security or this person will reason for reasons of health.
Mundane Events:

We will hear rumors about war and these rumors will increment during the month
of July, and we must be watchful because the month of September these rumors can become true. Israel will attack Iran, Syria, or Palestine, A byzantine leader will die and his country will suffer calamities, all this will happen between July and September. We will hear of more protest throughout the world and riots during the month of September and October. But these protests will be stronger in Europe because of the austerity measures that will take place to improve their economy, and strong differences among the leaders of the EU will come about because of their differences on how to solve the economical problems.
During this same period we will hear of the death of a woman well known or a
queen.
France and Sarkozy will confront some difficult times during the month of
September and an allied will not be happy with the Prime Minister.

In Iran, we will see more protest from the people and death will come upon them.

We will probably hear of a strong and devastating earthquake in the West, during the month of September or October.

Fourthcoming Predictions 2010:

As I start to accommodate myself to new living quarters, since I now live in Orlando, Winter Springs, (and if there is anyone in the area who would like to meet and get acquainted, feel free and drop me a note), I will be writing about the upcoming predictions for the month of August through February 2011. Not all seems to be going as well as it seems to be. In my upcoming predictions I will cover the possibilities of a war to start in June through September, the closing of more banks, the delusional economy recovery, the death of a king, and are we walking into an economical depression in 2011. The situation in Europe reflects that it will only get worse, and it will cause unrest and riots. This was predicted on my show, Revelaciones, in 2009. Another strong and devastating earthquake and strong tornados will devastate the South of the US.

My predictions, which have been written and recorded, on Puerto Rico have been so accurate, that I have had economist, Politian’s and businessmen meet with me these past weeks, just to get feedback as to the graveness of the situation. Puerto Rico is heading towards bankruptcy and the exodus of professional’s leaving the country is critical.

Tiger Woods - Follow - up

As a student of the art, it is always gratifying to see that one’s ability to apply what the ancients have written comes true. In the article I had wrote in this blog; “Tiger Woods – Venus Quandery Position” I mentioned the following;

"When will Tiger return to the course?

I believe he will start giving some indication of returning back to the game sometime in March/April, but he will begin playing no later than June/July.

I do not see that this will take a big toll from his game, he is an excellent and competitive player, but this will only be possible if he can overcome his depression."

Tiger Woods will start at the Augusta Open. Here is to humor and the lessons we should learn in life, laugh, even if it is about yourself.

Obama's State of the Union Address

I missed out on Obama’s State of the Union Address; so did I miss anything? Uh.., I don’t think so. Funny thing is that if I want to rely on what a politician has to say, hell would probably freeze over before any results would be seen. On the other hand, what one perceives is not necessary what actually is. We hear the opinion of those who agree and feel he has done a lot for an agonizing economy which was inherited, and the opposing party, which feel that too much spending has taken place and very little improvement has been seen. So how can we see the difference between what is perceived and what will be reality?

The stars, my dear Watson, the stars! Astrology has a way of unfolding the reality of such important events, especially the State of the Union Address. We can see how it was perceived by the people, if what was said is true, if the President will go back on his word, and what will actually take place during the course of the year after his speech. Let’s review, from an astrological point of view, what the speech actually reveals.

The President natural significator is the Sun, and the Sun is cadent in the VI house, peregrine, which actually shows us he has no power or strength, to solve the issues of work or health. It also shows us inconsistency in what he is doing and all that he may begin will not be completed. He has Mars in opposition in Leo, in the XII house. This represents hidden enemies who occupy important positions.

These “hidden enemies” will most likely strike in two years and three month. But Valens also says that it awakens the anger of authorities, and of the people. Having Mars retrograde, the malefic becomes even more malefic, so it is very likely we will see a lot of opposition and protest. I believe that his Health Plan will continue to run into problems, and unemployment will continue to increase.

But his speech is quite in line with his significator, here is what he had to say;

"It’s an agenda that begins with jobs.

As soon as I took office, I asked this Congress to send me a recovery plan by President’s Day that would put people back to work and put money in their pockets. Not because I believe in bigger government – I don’t. Not because I’m not mindful of the massive debt we’ve inherited – I am. I called for action because the failure to do so would have cost more jobs and caused more hardships. In fact, a failure to act would have worsened our long-term deficit by assuring weak economic growth for years. That’s why I pushed for quick action. And tonight, I am grateful that this Congress delivered, and pleased to say that the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act is now law.

Over the next two years, this plan will save or create 3.5 million jobs. More than 90% of these jobs will be in the private sector – jobs rebuilding our roads and bridges; constructing wind turbines and solar panels; laying broadband and expanding mass transit."

What about his Mercury in the V house?

"Because of this plan, there are teachers who can now keep their jobs and educate our kids."

And Venus and the Sun?

"Health care professionals can continue caring for our sick. There are 57 police officers who are still on the streets of Minneapolis tonight because this plan prevented the layoffs their department was about to make."

Mercury is his second significator and also the Almuten of the X house. Mercury is also peregrine in the V house, “House of Good Fortune”, but he feels that his “luck” is not favoring him. The ruler of the V house is Saturn, and Saturn is retrograde in Libra, which makes it malefic. So all that he has promised, will not be achieved. His triplicity rulers (Venus, Moon and Mars) reflect that they are against him, and that we will most likely see some protest within the next 5 to 6 month.

But what is also interesting how it all unfolds. Saturn is the ruler of the V and VI House, Investment, children, work and health. But being retrograde, it fails to fulfill his intentions.

Lot of Fortune:

Not many sources are found about the Lot of Fortune, but in Vittius Valens we find some extensive explanation about the Lot of Fortune, and I have found it to be quite useful. Valens mentions;

“For him who wishes to ascertain the matters of happiness more exactly, I will return to the Lot of Fortune.., ”

Obama’s Lot of Fortune is in the VIII, the furthest and darkest place of the chart. Does this seem to be a man who is happy? The Lot of Fortune is in Aries, and Mars is in the XII House, peregrine, retrograde and in opposition to the Sun.

Valens also says that Fortune and its ruler signify matters concerning the body and bodily afflictions. I am surprised, and least I have not heard as of yet, but I find that he has lost a lot of weight. [Someone correct me on this] But Fortune also allows us to see the ability and skills that the native has, and it seems that this job is just too big for him.

Tiger Woods – Venus Quandary Position

The surprising allegations of the soft spoken, angel face and sports superstar, Tiger Woods has taken a different stroke, as the world continues to hear about his “incident” as a womanizer. What? The lean and golf machine is a womanizer? And where did we miss the boat? Does this surprise you? Well, from an astrological point of view it should not, since his chart is quite clear of his inclinations.

Here is what Bonatti has to say;

“It signifies that the native will be unyielding toward women, not living with them well, and he will make much use of low-class and foul and unsuitable women, and many harms and inconveniences will follow from thence, and he will hardly or never marry, he will pursue it with difficulty and complications, and because of it he will concur many contentions and quarrels and on the occasion of those contentions, many unlucky things will happen to him, and he will fall suspcious of his wife.”

And Dorotheos of Sidon;

“If Venus is in the house of Mars or terms, then he will be one of those in whom greed and evil quarrels are stirred up and injury, and this misery will reach him from women, and he will have intercourse with a women not his own, but one who is subservient or disgraced or a serving girl, and a women will not be constant with him but it will confuse him.”

We have heard that he has seen prostitutes and waitresses, and who knows what else. But his stars certainly fit the picture. Vettius Valens goes on to explain that that his Saturn trine Venus will make the native promiscuous. Umm; Would 13 lovers make one promiscuous? I guess that would be somewhat relative to some.

Venus is in the bounds of Saturn, and according to Masha’allah ;

“he will find headache due to women, and he will seek and take for a wife a talkative woman, one liable to anger, proud and insubordinate.”

Liable to anger, proud and insubordinate? Does that explain her outburst? Of course it does, she ran after the guy with a nine iron, and it wasn’t with the intention of taking a practice swing in the middle of the night.

What does the future behold for Tiger?

His profected year falls under Cancer, and the Moon which is his Ruler for the year is in Sagittarius.

Masha’ allah tells us when the Moon is in the bounds of Saturn;

“he will find a lawsuit because of women and his offsprings”

Is this the beginning of stormy waters? His Moon is opposition to Mars, which is in his XII house of his profected year, and this tells us that a hidden enemy will besiege him and will want to hurt his work. His Moon in the VI house of his profected year augurs that he will make haste decision about in his work, and this will cause upset. This is not a good time for him having away from the tournaments.

His X house profected year we see his honor, and it is in Aries, and Mars rules over Aries, and this means that much contention and lost will befall him.

His Moon is in his third quarter, and this augurs he will lose a lot of his substance and wealth.

What about his marriage?

Well, when we look at the atasyr, Venus will be conjunct his Mars between the month of February and March, and this, if he does not handle his affairs well, could mean the beginning of an ardent divorce. What her lawyers will demand from him will not come easy, and much delay will be seen, as far as the coming of a final settlement. So his divorce will probably take place some time in April 2011.

When will Tiger return to the course?

I believe he will start giving some indication of returning back to the game sometime in March/April, but he will begin playing no later than June/July.

I do not see that this will take a big toll from his game, he is an excellent and competitive player, but this will only be possible if he can overcome his depression.

The Downfall of the Presidential Administration

Never has a President had so much political influence as President Obama has. He has more political firepower than any other administration has had in more than fifty years. With both Congressional Houses, the favor of the people, and the news media supporting his views.

Than why does it seem, he is heading towards an Administration Downfall, during the following weeks?

I am not going to attempt to answer this from a political point of view, but I will try to explain it from an astrological analysis. We will look at the US Libra Ingress and assuming his birth certificate is correct, we will look at his Solar Return and his Ascension to Power.

Ascension to Power:

On June28th. I wrote about the Ascension of Obama “The Chronicle of a Future Announced – The Ascension of Obama”;

His Ascendant is Taurus and his MC Aquarius both in a fixed sign, and according to Sahl, he says;

“And if the benefics aspected the Sun, and you found the Lord of the Ascendant, and the Sun in optimal place from the Ascendant, and he, were in a fixed sign, his principate will be prolonged, and he will see what he wants in it.”

Venus is in the XI House is in an optimal place, but contrary to sect and in opposition to Saturn, and the Sun is in the X, but not strong, so we can say that he will partially achieve his goals and that his principate will not be prolonged. The Ascending sign is in a fixed sign, Venus is in her exaltation, but she losses her strength, because it is contrary to her sect, She is also in opposition to Saturn, that is very malefic. So we can judge the following;

· The First House represents the people, therefore their expectations are high, but being contrary to its sect, the people find themselves losing hope, or at least, not all is fulfilled.

· The Moon is also significator of the people, and she is in Scorpio, which is indication that the people will suffer affliction, and there will be no regard to justice or truth. There will be much anger, bitterness, and contention. Agrippa tells us that nothing should commence under a bad Moon, the Moon is peregrine, in her fall and Void of Course. But she is also decreasing in light, and Firmicus Maternus tells us that those who have wanning Moon will lose what they have accomplished in life.

· The Moon always is the significador of rustics, and it is in its fall, in the sign of Scorpio, and this is indicative that people will be in a bad state, we will see increase in taxes, and a lot of contention.

Sahl also indicates that there are eight defects or bad indications for the Moon, and one of them are;

· Second, if the Moon is in the degree of its downfall, (which is Scorpio)…, and continues to add.., These are the aforesaid defects of the Moon and her impediments, under which no work should be undertaken, (that is, while the Moon is so, any work should not be begun nor praised in a nativity nor in foreign travel).

· Saturn is in opposition to Venus and he is retrograde, and Saturn rules the X house, which represents the “King” or in this case, the President, and he moves away from the promises made to the people. The President will bring bad news to the people.

And Masha’allah also tells us that if the significator of the king is retrograde;

· “they signify the loss and weakness of the king and of the citizens of that same kingdom”

In the X House we have the Sun, which is also the significator of the President in Mundane Astrology, and he is placed in the figure of Aquarius, his detriment, and it is curious, because he is in opposition to President Obama’s sign, Leo. This is indication that he will do contrary to his nature.

The Sun is conjunct Jupiter, which indicates that the native is intelligent, that he will be well esteemed, dominant, tyrannical, and according to Dorotheus, he will achieve high rank.Mercury is also in the X House, retrograde, but in his own bounds, and Masha’Allah tells us;

“If Mercury were in his own bounds, he will be high, and will have an official position in a place where they write compositions, and he will always be spending his time on a foreign journey. He will never be a pauper, he will have a great name, and he will be a member of the court, and will seek the sciences.”

He definitely started traveling a lot to foreign lands, but being Mercury retrograde, he will lose all that he has accomplished, there will be sudden alterations, he cannot return to his virtues, and since Mercury is under the Sun, it will destroy all that has been accomplished.

Sahl tells us;

“A retrograde planet signifies disobedience and contradiction, and turning back and taking back, and diversity or discord.”

Saturn in Virgo:Saturn is not in a praiseworthy place, since it is in Virgo, retrograde and it is an indication that his administration will be corrupt, and he will be disliked by his own people. When we look at the Libra Ingress chart of 2008, Mercury, the ruler of Virgo is afflicted, conjunct Mars, and this is an indication as to how his administration will be like.

If we took the Part of Fortune, which is in XI House in Piscis, his ruler Jupiter, is combust and in aversion, and according to the ancients, the condition of people during the term of Obama will be weak and will be impotent. The exaltation of Piscis is Venus, but she is contrary to sect, and in opposition to Saturn, and this diminishes the strength of the people. So one can conclude that the people will receive during the initial half of his term, the benefits, and the later half will be malefic to the people.

If we evaluate the Lot of Spirit of the chart of his ascension, we can evaluate the intention of his thoughts, as President. Being in Cancer, its Ruler the Moon is in fall in Escorpio, in VII House of contention, which is indicative that he will be secretive, and he will have no honor in what he does, and his true intentions are corrupt. Mars is in opposition to the Lot of Spirit, which emphasizes his bad intention, and that he will have little advancement and will stay short of his expectation, and he will attract danger towards him.

The hate is quite noted, being the only President to have more than a 400% increase in death threats. The quick lost in popularity, which we have seen in polls has happened short after his first 100 days.

Saturn’s hurled rays are square to the Sun, from the X house, which announces his downfall and provoked by his open enemies who are strong in the VII house.

But here is what I had predicted in December for 2009:

“His Secretary’s will have bad luck and one that is close to him, the one of state, will be obligated to resign. But they will all suffer misfortune and will feel unlucky. [Already a few have resigned], States will reach agreements with their government employees, but the growth of government employees will come to a halt. But we will hear of possible strikes and powerful men who will be against the President."

Everything of prosperity that he seeks for his people will be denied. He will feel that he does not have the power, and this will bring sadness to him, fear, and emotionally weak.

Those who manage the finances will have great difficulty and obstacles. [Geithner has had difficulties].

If we look at President Obama’s Reuolutiones annorum, his Solar Return, which I have posted in my blog, “Obama’s Solar Return” we initially see the following;

“the governorship goes to the fifith planet, which is Mars, and governs the fifth state of the years of the native for fifteen year, according to the lesser years, and during these times, he will have difficult times, and occasionally is body will suffer, and he will have a sad spirit, and his body will feel tired, but he will work hard, and he will commence things which he should abandon, with the intention to make money, and all this will happen before his death”.

Mars, is not strong, in his VIII house in peregrine, in his natal chart.

Distribution of the Moon:

“The Moon handing over to Hermes indicates a time that is effectual and easily made right in relation to female persons and alliances, and especially if it should be configured with good stars;.

His Moon is peregrine in the V House and she is found in the II House in his Reuolutiones annorum, in Capricorn, peregrine and in her detriment. And Valens continues to say when the Moon distributes to Hermes;

“..and troubles on account of money or writings or matters of calculation..”

His chart clearly has emphasis on money and his reputation concerning money, since Saturn is in his X house of Reuolutiones annorum.

These concerns will commence during the last period of September, in which according to the Libra Ingress, (Imprimatur Stellarum – Libra ), the US economy will not be strong, and we will see the economical situation in the US be much graver.

“When Kronos has distributed to itself, it signifies vexations and inactivity, and enmities and disgraces from superiors or elders, and the native will become subject to hindrances in his applications; or else, if he should do something, it will be unsteady. And if it should also be contemplated by Hermes and Ares, he will suffer vexatious prosecution on account of writings, and judgments and subversion or chicanery concerned with old affairs or those pertaining to death, and treachery, and whatever he will persevere in has the wrath of god; he will become gentler and effective at things by means of slowness”.

Saturn is in his XII, which indicates he is his own enemy, retrograde, and contrary to sect, which means that Saturn is not in a good position. Ares, Mars, is trine to Saturn;

And if it should fall in the Revolution of the year, in an angle, it signifies good and dignity, and the best of the angles is the mid-coelum , which means Rulership or power.But Saturn is not strong in his Reuolutiones annorum, so my interpretation that he will retain that power, but will lose popularity and strength among the people. And having his VIII house in the MC, signifies death of his reputation and honor.

I believe, since Mercury is strong in his X house, that he will seek the counsel of a financial person or accountant, or an astrologer.

Everything indicates that his troubles will have to do with the economy of the US, and that we are looking at a much worse scenario than many may expect. I can foretell, that if he continues to pursue the health issue during the month of September, that he will not obtain what he seeks, that the marking of the week of the 28th. of September will be an uphill and most treacherous road to follow.

During the following two month will mark a moment of despair and grief for many Americans who will see their finances plummet and he will be seen as the one who has forsaken their destiny. The government, its laws will be of prejudice to the people, and the people will feel that they have been abandoned by the government.

Higher taxes will add to the rustics grieve; as unemployment continue to reach high marks, I predict that it should reach by year-end a 11% to 12% of unemployment. He will continue to awaken enemies such as those who have out spoken, and their voices will be heard without apologies. And he, will continue to show a lack of character and stance going back on what he promised.

All this was has been far in advances foretold, and it can only be seen as part of his destiny. When we look at the Libra Ingress and what the stars announce in Imprimatur Stellarum;

It denotes great mortalities and pestilences, sudden deaths, fornication and little or no justice, reason or honesty amongst men; the destruction of treasuries, and the flitting of great and noble men out of one place into another, also their sad condition and banishment through the works of their own hands, as writing, or some other things signified by the ingenious planet Mercury.
With the economy, it also foretells us;

Economy:

We will continue to see the economy very precarious and people will see their wealth diminish. The Banks will continue to have economical problems, and those that have made big investments, will lose.

We can only hope for the best, but during these times, it is best to embrace family values, and our love ones, to insure we can withstand that which has been written.

Obama’s Solar Return: A Year of Hope and Expansion:

Obama’s Solar Return Ascendant, sets the note as to what his desires and hopes are for the coming year. His Ascendant is in Sagittarius, and it comes from the XI House of Hope and friends, in his natal. So the hope of expansion, and short and rewarding trips will be on his agenda.

His Rulership of Time:

Mars rules his period, from 41 – 56 years of age, and according to Ali Aben Ragel;

“E sy fuere en estos logares estanno(s) mas que sea Recebido, andara carreras luengas e aura en ellas bien[7].”

And if he were (Saturn), in strange places, and receiving the aspect of another, he will make long travel and will receive benefits from it.

Mars is joined to him, but he is not in a good position, so he will not achieve the benefits, during his travel, that entire year.

Firdarias:

The Presidents Firdarias this year is under the Sun/Mars, and according to Ali Aben Ragel;

“E sy la nacencia fuere nocturna, significa que se camiara de vn estado en otro e de vna maestria en otra e andara carreras e lazrara lazerias fuertes e aura grand sabor e grand cobdicia de mugeres e de fornicios e acaecer-l’a(n) por ellos e fara tuertos a omnes e aura pleitos con omnes e acaecara-l’an pesares por esto e por pleytis e acaecara-l’a taiadura de fiero o mordeduras de can o de otro uestiglo e enfermera e quica su enfermedat será XIX días non mas[8].”

And if he were born at night, this signifies that he will change from one situation to another, and he will change magistrate, and he will travel, and he will work hard, and will be disciplined and desire for women, and to fornicate and sickness will come to him, and he will be hostile to men, and it will cause heaviness and because of this they will seek to harm, and will be cut by iron, o bitten by a dog or from another animal, and he will become sick and his sickness will last 19 days.

From Bob Hands translation we have;

"But if the nativity is nocturnal, the native will be changed from one state to another and from one magistery to another; he will make journeys and will be pained by various hardships; he will do injustice to men and he will have quarrels with them; because of this troubles will happen to him, [as well as] the cut of a sword, the bite of a dog or other animal; or he will be made infirm for a space of 9, 15, or 19 days, after which he will recover."

If he were to get sick, this would happen somewhere in November, but I would not be surprised if he is limping or having problems with his leg. We may also hear that his digestive system is not well during the month of March. If he is bitten, it may happen because of his dog. Throughout the year, he will have an excellent bill of health, some minor problems we most likely will not here of, such as some bile problems, and upper shoulder or back problems. Nevertheless, he will be well in health.

Reuolutiones annorum:

Ali Aben Ragel VI Book has extremely interesting treatise on the Revolution of the Year, which provides some insights as to how the native will be during his year.

For example he addresses Mars;

“E acaeciere Mars en el mismo signo o en su catamiento de cuadratura o de opposicion, significa miedo grande e feridas e llagas e danno de taiamiento o de fiebre o de quemaduras de fuego, mayor mientre si fuere en esto en aglo o en succedente, e quica significa carreras medrosas e peligrosas.[9]”

And if you should find Mars in the same sign or in orientation to his sign by square or opposition, it signifies that he will have big fears, falls, wounds, scars, and hurt by fever, or burn, and this would be more so if Mars was in an angle or succedent, and he will fear travel and danger.

Mars in his Reuolutiones annorum, is in an angle, and see’s his “original” house Virgo in the X. So open enemies will want him out of the White House, and will seek to harm the President during his term. Most likely we will hear for more attempts against his life. And it applies a square aspect to Saturn, in the X, which we find trine to his natal chart. Therefore, they both continue to see each other in the Reuolutiones annorum.

Ali Aben Ragel addresses peregrine planets and he tells us to look at the origin of that planet in the natives house, and see where it falls in the Reuolutiones annorum, of his yearly profection. In other words, if his annual profection has a peregrine planet in it, look then to the Reuolutiones annorum, and see were it falls, and this is just as important as the Ascendant itself.

President Obama’s Moon and Mars are both peregrine, in the V and VIII house, respectively, but it does not fall in his profected year.

When Planets fall in the same house of another planet:

I find that Ali Aben Ragel is quite extensive in his explanation as to what happens when a planet falls into the house of another planet in the Reuolutiones annorum,and I also find interesting, as you have seen in my analisis of “The Ascension of a Ruler,” that Mars is badly afflicted in his natal chart and is trine Saturn. And this year, Saturn is in the house of Mars. So what does Ragel have to say about this:

“E quando llegare Saturno en la Reulucion al logar en que Mars en la rayz, e ouiere en la rayz o en la reuolucion algunos de los testimonios que deximos, significa que el nacido andara carre(r)as e aura mester a sus hermanos e a sus amigos e aura d’ellos e non acertara en sus conseios e fazer-sel’ an sus fechos a duro e danna-se su ley e su creencia e su uoluntad e diran de’el mal por esta parte[10].”

And when Saturn arrives in the Reuolutiones annorum, at the place of Mars, and he has testimony over the things we’ve said, it means that he will travel much, and it will be favorable for his siblings and friends and he will benefit from them, and they will follow is counsel , because their business will do well, and he will be frivolous, and they will speak badly of him.

Jupiter:

“E quando Iupiter llegare en la reuolucion al su logar mismo en que fue en rayz, renueua e aduze el bien que auia segund en la rayz e aura auer e ganancias de logares que non sospechua nin en aui(a) fiyuza[11].”

And when Jupiter arrives during the Reuolutiones annorum, in the same place from where it originated, it renews and confirms the goodness which it has in its origins, and it brings riches and gains which he does not expect.

Dorotheus of Sidon[12] tells us;

“Jupiter in the house of Saturn, he will be wealthy, and for this no praise or honor will be known, and his secret affairs will not be looked into, bu he will lie in easy circumstances and will not be according to the extant to the extant of his condition, and with this he will be charming in foregiveness and will not stretch out his neck to power and praise and will not consider it, but tribultaions will come to him in time[13].”

Jupiter is in Aquarius in the Ascendant, and in his Reuolutiones annorum, falls in the III House, the house of communication under the terms of Mars who is in Gemini. He will not be honest with the public, but this will have its consequences in the future.

Mars:

“..e si el testimonio ouiere Mars en ues d’ella, hara carreras e pechara por razón de su campann o por razón de mugeres. E sy algún sennorio quiere, danna-se[14].”

And if there was testimony in that place, he will have short travels, mptivated by his community or for a women, and if he has some power, the same will be diminished.

He will receive more opposition by his party and it will be more difficult for him to get what he wants. He will continue to travel.

Venus:

“E quando Uenus llegare en la reuolucion al su logar mismo en que fue en la rayz e ouiere poder e testimonio en el anno, puiara en ualia e en prez e llegara a sennorio e renouar-s’’ an las cosas que signific en la rayz, e puiara en companna e en criazón e en vestidos e en ropas[15].”

And when Venus arrives during the revolution in the same place it originated, and has testimony for the year, his esteem will increase and self worth, and he will achieve power and he will renew those thing which was in his chart originally.

Venus in the terms of Mars and in Cancer signifies lewdness and fickle passions. But he may also be changing his position about employees, or addressing topics about job lost, this will happen during the month of January or March.

Mercury:

And when Mercury arrives in the revolution of the year in the same place that Mars was in, and both have testimony in that year, it signifies that the native will say lies and false things, and will affirm to things that have never happened.

Those he promised to help, associates or other countries will hear excuses and reasons as to why they have been unable to fulfill their expectations. He will present himself well, truthful and honest, but he will be deceitful.

Moon:

The hardship will come to the people and the economical restraints that they will have, and this will be in great deal to the decisions he has made. The Moon in the II house, confirms that much will have to do with the economy.

Overall Review:

Some of his decisions will not be well received by his wife, and she will not agree with issues pertaining to the children. Most likely it will be she who will have back problems or the upper shoulders. It will not be a good year for him, what he will try to achieve during his travel will not be met.

He will continue to lose popularity among the people, but will continue to communicate effectively throughout the year, but people will no longer believe in his word. This year he will receive a lot of threats, but he safe from all danger, but his enemies are many and he should be careful of the near future. His biggest hurdle..., the economy, especially at the end of September and beginning of October. The economy should get far worst than what we have seen.

The Chronicle of a Future Announced - The Ascension of Obama:

This article was originally written in Spanish, January 26, 2009 in Interpres Stellarum blog, which is intended more of a newsletter for my clients who subscribe to Interpres Stellarum. The original title is called “La Crónica de un Futuro Anunciado,” or The Chronicle of a Future, Announced I have added in this essay, The Ascension of Obama.

I believe that this is but a short delineation of what can be expressed as to how the presidency will be seen. I am sure, there are many out there that have much more to say about this particular chart.

I have added some new information, but I want to thank my friend Steven Birchfield, which without his guidance, I would not have completed this discourse. Any errors are my responsibility.

So here, I begin my discourse, on the Ascension of Obama

The Ascension of President Barack Obama attracted a great amount of people than any other Presidential ascension. The atmosphere was loaded with emotion, joy and enthusiasm, for several obvious reasons. First, the first Afro-American that obtains the presidency of the United States, which brings us to a second point, the hope that the racial situation is going to change and that these changes incorporate greater social justice for the different ethnic and social classes.

Third, an economic change that will put the United States in the correct economical course and stoping the increasing wave of unemployment, which at this moment harms the American nation.

And, and not less important, the relation of the United States with other nations.

Never in the history of the United States has so much hope, been put in a single man, as we have seen in President Barack Obama. The entire world, in its majority, is hopeful, that President Obama will achieve all that he has promised.

It is interesting to note, that diverse divinatory practices, such as, Santería, Espiritismo, and many astrologers, have also expressed that this is the year, and that certainly, Obama will bring the wished changes. However, will he bring those changes?

This essay, from an astrological point of view, has the intention to evaluate the ascent of President Obama, and reveal, what I understand is, indicated in the stars. In addition, I will make an analysis of various Presidents and will try to prove that the calculations made are accurate.

For President Obama, I will use various Ingress Charts, his Solar Returns and his Ascension Chart to determine his length in power. You could also visit my various predictions here in Imprimatur Stellarum.

I would like to clarify, that I am using only traditional methods, my astrological delineation, are based, solely on traditional studies that date from II Century AC., until XIII Century, medieval time. I do not use modern methods to reach the conclusion at which I arrive.

The Ascent of Barack Obama:

President Obama, oath was at 12:00 p.m. in Washington DC. Although he had to return to administer another oath, the Constitution of the United States says that the elected President will take power after the 20 of January, at 12:00 p.m. Therefore, the second oath, is not really taken into consideration, since the constitution makes way to his ascension.

His Ascendant is Taurus and his MC Aquarius both in a fixed sign, and according to Sahl, he says;

“And if the benefics aspected the Sun, and you found the Lord of the Ascendant, and the Sun in optimal place from the Ascendant, and he, were in a fixed sign, his principate will be prolonged, and he will see what he wants in it.[1]”

Venus is in the XI House is in an optimal place, but contrary to sect and in opposition to Saturn, and the Sun is in the X, but not strong, so we can say that he will partially achieve his goals and that his principate will not be prolonged. The Ascending sign is in a fixed sign, Venus is in her exaltation, but she losses her strength, because it is contrary to her sect, She is also in opposition to Saturn, that is very malefic. So we can judge the following;

· The First House represents the people, therefore their expectations are high, but being contrary to its sect, the people find themselves losing hope, or at least, not all is fulfilled.
· The Moon is also significator of the people, and she is in Scorpio, which is indication that the people will suffer affliction, and there will be no regard to justice or truth. There will be much anger, bitterness, and contention. Agrippa tells us that nothing should commence under a bad Moon, the Moon is peregrine, in her fall and Void of Course. But she is also decreasing in light, and Firmicus Maternus[2] tells us that those who have wanning Moon will lose what they have accomplished in life.
· The Moon always is the significador of rustics, and it is in its fall, in the sign of Scorpio, and this is indicative that people will be in a bad state, we will see increase in taxes, and a lot of contention.

Sahl also indicates that there are eight defects or bad indications for the Moon, and one of them are;

· Second, if the Moon is in the degree of its downfall, (which is Scorpio)…, and continues to add.., These are the aforesaid defects of the Moon and her impediments, under which no work should be undertaken, (that is, while the Moon is so, any work should not be begun nor praised in a nativity nor in foreign travel).[3]

· Saturn is in opposition to Venus and he is retrograde, and Saturn rules the X house, which represents the “King” or in this case, the President, and he moves away from the promises made to the people. The President will bring bad news to the people.

And Masha’allah also tells us that if the significator of the king is retrograde;

· “they signify the loss and weakness of the king and of the citizens of that same kingdom[4]”

In the X House we have the Sun, which is also the significator of the President in Mundane Astrology, and he is placed in the figure of Aquarius, his detriment, and it is curious, because he is in opposition to President Obama’s sign, Leo. This is indication that he will do contrary to his nature. The Sun is conjunct Jupiter, which indicates that the native is intelligent, that he will be well esteemed, dominant, tyrannical, and according to Dorotheus, he will achieve high rank.
Mercury is also in the X House, retrograde, but in his own bounds, and Masha’Allah tells us;

“If Mercury were in his own bounds, he will be high, and will have an official position in a place where they write compositions, and he will always be spending his time on a foreign journey. He will never be a pauper, he will have a great name, and he will be a member of the court, and will seek the sciences.”

He definitely started traveling a lot to foreign lands, but being Mercury retrograde, he will lose all that he has accomplished, there will be sudden alterations, he cannot return to his virtues, and since Mercury is under the Sun, it will destroy all that has been accomplished.

Sahl tells us;

“A retrograde planet signifies disobedience and contradiction, and turning back and taking back, and diversity or discord. [5]”

Saturn in Virgo:Saturn is not in a praiseworthy place, since it is in Virgo, retrograde and it is an indication that his administration will be corrupt, and he will be disliked by his own people. When we look at the Libra Ingress chart of 2008, Mercury, the ruler of Virgo is afflicted, conjunct Mars, and this is an indication as to how his administration will be like.

If we took the Part of Fortune, which is in XI House in Piscis, his ruler Jupiter, is combust and in aversion, and according to the ancients, the condition of people during the term of Obama will be weak and will be impotent. The exaltation of Piscis is Venus, but she is contrary to sect, and in opposition to Saturn, and this diminishes the strength of the people. So one can conclude that the people will receive during the initial half of his term, the benefits, and the later half will be malefic to the people.

If we evaluate the Lot of Spirit of the chart of his ascension, we can evaluate the intention of his thoughts, as President. Being in Cancer, its Ruler the Moon is in fall in Escorpio, in VII House of contention, which is indicative that he will be secretive, and he will have no honor in what he does, and his true intentions are corrupt. Mars is in opposition to the Lot of Spirit, which emphasizes his bad intention, and that he will have little advancement and will stay short of his expectation, and he will attract danger towards him.

But there is much more, if you wish, just look at the 2009 Astrological Predictions for the US

Obama’s Chart:

Its year of profection is in House XII, and although Saturn is in Capricorn, it is contrary to his sect and it is retrograde, but this is an indication that he will be well known and will be put like king. The subjects that stand out during this cycle have to do with confinement, jails, hospitals, and hidden managements. We have seen as the subject of Guantánamo has been one of the first objectives that he has made, but: What happening with Guantánamo?

Mars is in the VIII House, Virgo, which makes Mars more hostile and it is interesting to note that calculating the years of progression, in two years, Mars will be in the terms of Saturn, and according to Masha allah;

“. , and poison or toxin will be toasted to him.., and he will find a lawsuit in his old age; and he will go to places from which malice will arise.. ,[6]”

Sahl also gives us indication of a malefic in the VIII House:

“and if a malefic were in the same place (VIII House), their evil will be mde much greater.[7]”

This will happen when he becomes 50 years age, that is in 2011, when he is still President. It has also caught my attention that in his natal chart, Saturn is in Capricorn in the XII, trine Mars in Virgo in the VIII house, and in his ascension chart we have Saturn in Virgo in the V house trine Mars in Capricorn in the IX house. In both charts, Saturn is retrograde.

Ali Aben Ragel in his “Complete Book on the Judgements of the Stars[8]” tells us how to determine the length of his reign;

“Quando quisieres saber el aturamejento del que Regna, toma del sennor de la exaltacion de la parte de la fortuna fasta la parte mjsma, e lo que oujer entre ellos, da a cada signo unn dia i unn mes o unn anno.[9]”

“When you want to determine the duration of he who will reign, take the ruler of his exaltation of the Part of Fortune, to the same part, and calculate what is between them, and give to each figure a day, or a month, or a year.”

This particular explanation is not written anywhere else, such as, Abu Masar’s work or Masha’allah nor Bonatti. So one is hesitant to apply this technique. But when I looked at John F. Kennedy’s ascension[10] this is what we have;

The Part of Fortune is in Cancer 6 degress and 24 minutes, his exaltation Lord is Jupiter, which is in 18 degrees Capricorn and 40 minutes. This gives us 170 degrees. Ali Aben Ragel tells us to use a day, a month or a year. There is no mention of weeks, so do we assume that weeks are not used, or was it a mistake in the translation or an oversight. If we look at the distance between one sign and another, we are either looking at 6 days, 6 month, or 6 years.

Well, we know it was much more than that. So I apply weeks to each degrees, and I come up with 170 weeks, his length of Presidency. He was assassinated in 148 weeks of his ascension.

Note: POF is afflicted in his ascension chart, conjunct Mars, and Mars is in his VIII House natal, but POF is also in opposition by figure with Saturn and Jupiter.

Looking at his natal chart and the Ingress chart for 1963 we find some interesting aspects. His Mars is in the VIII of his natal chart, and the Moon is trine from the XII House, both Mars and Moon are contrary to its sect, and Mars is conjunct Mercury, and Vittius Valens tells us about the conjunction;

“it produces enemies, accusations, opposition, and treason”

But Sahl also remains us that evil will be made much greater, and Mars being in Taurus, in his detriment, Masha’allah reminds us that malice will arise. Mars falls into the VII House of open enemies in the Ingress chart of 1963, and afflicts the Ascendant and the Moon by opposition.

Mashá . allah tells us about the luminaries representing the king, the Sun by day and the Moon by night, the Ingress is a nocturnal chart and the Moon is afflicted by Mars by opposition.

So, is this sufficient proof? Well let us look at Jimmy Carter’s ascension;

He was sworn on January 20, 1977 and his Part of Fortune is in Taurus 28 degrees and 11 minutes, his Lord of exaltation is the Moon, which is in 15 degrees Aquarius and 00 minutes, which gives me a total of 96 degrees, and POF is 4 figures away. President Carter was only President for 4 years or 4 figures.

Note: His POF is not afflicted

Ronald Reagan:

Sworn in on January 20, 1981 and his Part of Fortune is in 18 degrees Scorpio 35,he has no Lord of exaltation but his ruler is Mars, and Mars is in 16 degrees Aquarius 21 minutes. He is four figures away. His first term was 4 years.

Note: During his first term there was an assassination attempt, March 30,1981, his POF was afflicted by Mars, square separating. POF is in the bounds of Mercury and is conjunct Mars. Luminaries are afflicted in the Ingress Chart 1981, Mars is conjunct Sun in Aries, and Moon is conjunct Saturn in Libra. Jupiter is besieged by Saturn in it exaltation and by the Moon. Was this the planet that saved his life? Was it the omen forecasted by the “astrologer” that he should have a precautious year?

George H. W. Bush:

Was sworn in on January 20, 1989, and his Part of Fortune is in 29 degrees Libra and 58 minutes, and his Lord of Exaltation is Saturn. His POF is four figures away from his Exaltation Ruler, Saturn, his term was only 4 years.

Note: POF is not afflicted, but is cadent, and in the bounds of Mars, his administration was known to have commenced the Panama war, and the Persian Gulf War.

Bill Clinton:

Was sworn in January 20, 1993, and his Part of Fortune is in 20 degrees Aries 38 minutes, his Lord of Exaltation is the Sun, and he is in 00 degrees Aquarius 39 minutes, and they are 3 figures away. His first term was 4 years, but we can apply the (+ / - ) 3 degree rule, and we would have 4 figures away.

Note: His POF is not afflicted, but it is interesting to note that his Mars in his Ascension chart is in the III House, in Cancer, and during his first term, he had the Travelgate controversy, which is the III House signification.

Obama Ascension:

He was sworn in on January 20, 2009, and his Part of Fortune is in 14 degrees Pisces and 46 minutes, his Lord of Exaltation is Venus, and she is in 17 degrees Pisces and 47 minutes. They are only 3 degrees apart. Ali Aben Ragel tells us;

Three degrees would give us either 3 days, 3 month or three years. Well in April, during Obama while Obama was still in France a Syrian man with fake press credentials was arrested in Turkey for attempts to plan an assassination. This was exactly 3 month after the inaugural.

If we apply three years, we would find the following;

When looking at his progressd Mars is in the VIII House, Virgo, which makes Mars more hostile, it is interesting to note that in two years, Mars will be in the terms of Saturn, and according to Masha allah;

“. , and poison or toxin will be toasted to him.., and he will find a lawsuit in his old age; and he will go to places from which malice will arise.. ,[11]”

Sahl also gives us indication of a malefic in the VIII House:

“and if a malefic were in the same place (VIII House), their evil will be made much greater.[12]”

According to Firmicus Maternus;

“Mars in House VIII at night the native one will be intelligent, ready, and surrounded in many dangers. They will be surrounded in public activities, but it will undergo a violent death, or a sudden death..,[13]”

His profected year will be Mars, and his VIII House will be ruled by Mars, and Mars in his chart is his Killing Planet.

When we look at the Solar Return of that year, 2011;

His Ascendant in his natal chart is Aquarius and it will move to his VIII house of death, Firmicus calls it the “Gates of Hell” the “Unfortunate House,” since no planet rejoices in it except for the Moon in a nocturnal chart. His VI House is in the Ascendant of his Solar Return, informaties and also known as the “Temple of ill-omen” by Manilus, the house of “bad fortune.”

And his Mars, which is in the VIII house of his natal, is now in the Ascendant of his Solar Return, in Cancer. Mercury, which was in the VII House of open enemies, is now aspecting Mars in sextil by the III house in his Solar Return. But we also have Saturn which is square to Mars by figure, and they will apply before each leaves their figure in the chart in there Solar Return. Concern of a family member will arise during this year.

Another interesting point during his profected year according to Vittius Valens[14] is what he mentions during the distribution of the year;

“If the Horoskopos should give over to a malefic, it produces the worst time, especially to Kronos by night and Ares by day; for it brings on bodily dangers and irregularities of life, fears and very troublesome accusations, falls and injuries.”

His firdarias for 2011 will be Venus/Mercury and it is a nocturnal chart;

“But if his nativity is nocturnal, he will spend much of that which he had managed; he will be overcome by his enemies, they will tread him under foot, and he will flee from them; many troubles will happen to him, and illnesses in his body because of bad food or digestion.”

Ingress Chart 2011:

Masha’allah has some interesting indication about the king, (President), and he speaks about when the significator of the king is going to be combust. In the Ingress Chart of 2011, there are two possible significator of the king, one would be the Moon, which has testimony with the Lord of the Year, but foes not have testimony with the Sun nor the MC. We then look at Jupiter, and Jupiter has testimony with the Luminaries, in this case the Moon, and he also has testimony with the Lord of the Year, Saturn. Jupiter will go combust, and according to Masha’allah;

“If the significator of the king is going combust in the revolution of the year, the king of that region will die in the same year.[15]”

But even if we were to take the luminaries as significator of the king, and since the chart is nocturnal, the Moon is conjunct Saturn, and the Moon is Lord of the X house, the king.
Saturn also aspects the significator of the king, Jupiter, by opposition, and Masha’allah also indicates the following;

“Therefore, look at the hour of that signification from the time of the significator and the malefic. And likewise, if a malefic aspected the significator of the king from opposition or the square, or from the conjunction, it will be feared concerning him..,”

Who are is enemies?

Masha’allah has some very interesting pointers;

“Look at the malefic who aspects the significator of the king. If it aspected him from out of the sign in which the king had testimony, the enemy will be from his land..,”

Jupiter has no testimony with Libra, for she is in opposition in Aries.

The opposition signifies enemies, who have rich lands, buildings, stock market or large investments and are looking after their own interest.

Conclusion:

In the case of President Barack Obama, if we use the rules that Abu Masar provides us with, in his “On Historical Astrology,” he says we must watch the moment of ascent of President Obama, and as Saturn is Eastern of the Sun, we add the degrees of Saturn to the Sun and added the degrees of the Sun to Jupiter. A year for each 30 degrees occurs, which gives about 133 degrees in total. Since Jupiter is afflicted, we divide the result between two, and it approximately gives about to 2 years and 3 month.

It is a year in which precaution should be taken, between the mid 2011 and April of 2012.

My intention of this discourse is to apply traditional methods that will help validate our studies in the art of predicitions. By no means am I predicting or do I want his death, God protect him, but to delineate the course of the following years in his life, and that he may be careful in his intentions and actions.

Lunar and Solar Eclipse July 2009

Those studious of the art, will apply the operation of the elements of the stars accordingly, and will be able to foretell the events that are about to happen in the future. I am, but a neophyte in astrology, still eagerly learning the application of the wondrous science.

Others may be impervious of the teaching of the wise, but why must we attempt to redefine this knowledge if we have yet to comprehend what has been left to us.

Albertus Magnus once said;

“Nos habemus unam Scientiam Mathematicam, que docet nos in rerum causis causationem causarum considerare.” – We have one Mathematical Science, which teaches us to consider the causation of causes, in the causes of things.[1]

These causes have already been defined, and yet I am sure, there is still more information which we have yet to reveal. But we must attempt to apply what we do have, and if we fail, just try again.

Penumbral Lunar Eclipse:

On July 7th., there will be a Lunar Eclipse which will not be seen, its magnitude is just 0.156, and this will occur just above the horizon of Canada. The Lunar eclipse will occur under the sign of Capricorn, and according to William Ramesey;

“In the second, frequent incursions and assaults of souldiers, thefts, roberies,and captivities .”

But Capricorn also rules, according to Masha’allah[2]; The South.

According to Kusyar Ibn Labban[3]: The East and South.

Kusyar Ibn Labban also goes on and says that its countries are;

"India, Ethiopia, Makran, Sind toward Multan and toward Oman, al Ahwaz, and the country of Kabul and Ghur."

Capricorn also rules over: India, Chorassan, Circan, Maraccan, Punjab, Afghanistan, Thrace, Macedonia, Morea, Illyria, Albania, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Greece, Hesse, S.W. Saxony, Styria, Romandiola, Mecklenberg, Mexico, Lithuania, Orkney Islands[4].

The Lunar Eclipse should not have a direct effect on the US, but it is interesting to note that it falls on the MC of the 2009 Ingress Chart, and Saturn is in the VI House.

I believe that we will see a considerable loss of jobs, or issues pertaining to jobs or health will arise considerably.

The incursion of soldiers or a rise in criminal acts can be expected in these regions.

The Moon is conjunct Vega; Public disgrace, probably through forgery, loss through writings, some ill-health, success in business, gain through an annuity or pension[5].

Since this is falling on the MC, which represents the Prime Minister of Canada, or President Obama, public disgrace may be around the corner, during mid July or are we may be hearing of ill-health during this month.

The Manner of the Event According to the Ruler:

Saturn[6] is the ruler of the Lunar Eclipse, and bestow; Coldness, he declares continued diseases, disturbance of the humours, fluxes, banishment, poverty, miseries, lamentation, vain fevers, scarcity of cattle, foggy weather, thick clouds, much darkness, abundant rain, bitter tempest from the sea, shipwrecks,. Violent inundations and corruption of the waters, on the earth there will be scarcity of grain and fruits.

Timing:

The Lunar Eclipse will last one hour, so we will see the effects within the 14 to the 18 day of having experienced the eclipse.

Total Solar Eclipse:

On July 22, we will have a total Solar Eclipse, which will have a path that extends across India, China, a handful of Japanese islands and the South Pacific Ocean. The Moon passes through perigree several hours earlier, which tends to stimulate earthquakes.

The Solar Eclipse will happen under the sign of Cancer, and William Ramesey tells us;

Are we seeing an outbreak of another swine flu, or another type of venereal disease that will take place within the next 2 to 3 years.

Will it come from another animal, since Kusyar Ibn Labban tells us;

“If it is in the signs which have cloven hoofs like Aries, Taurus, and Capricorn, the influence is in cattle and sheep.”

“When an eclipse is in a Tropical or Equinoctial figure, Aries, Cancer, Libra or Capricorn, commonly the Eclipse is prejudicial to the air, and the present season. Tropicals, viz, Cancer and Capricorn, alterations of the air, and of Offices or places or Governments.[8]”

Timing:

The Solar Eclipse last about four minutes, so according to the ancients, its 4 years. We should start seeing the effects, during the second year, 2011.

Since both Sun and Moon are in a watery sign (Cancer), we will see much inundation, especially in regions like China, or India. I also believe we will hear of a devastating earthquake in the region, in the next one to three month after the eclipse. 82209

USA Review of Events

What has happen in the last few weeks. Well we did not see the stock market crash, bad prediction on my part, but that happens when you look at the wrong chart.

“We will see the US during this same month reaching out to its enemies, and they will also try to strengthen their relationship with their allies.”

The Chavez handshake and exchange of smiles stirred up some concerns, and bowing to his King of Saudi Arabia, and agreeing to provide nuclear technology, sure lets us see his ties with his allies.

Unemployment will continue to increase, and it will get much worse during the summer until September. We will see long lines of people looking for social help.

Sure enough, unemployment is still on the rise, and no indication that it will slow down.

Let us see what happens with this particular issue under his administration. But GM will go under.

GM bankruptcy would be risky, but looks likely Bondholder deal’s failure, Chrysler’s success seen raising chance of filing

Over the next few weeks, General Motors is expected to reach anothermilestone in its storied 101-year history: bankruptcy.

Well, it has not happened yet…, but I am close to the prediction. But what abou

Governors will be obligated to increase tributes, and this will cause anguish and sickness among the people, especially those States that are in a bad situation such as; Puerto Rico, and California.”

This is all we are heaqring throughout the country. And one last prediction made…, I should have looked at Mexicos chart;

Mexico will have a terrible year, women will be the one who will most suffer, and the government will have a hard time communicating with the people. Death of many children, the people will feel abandoned by the government.

Pestilence and Famine - A Short Discourse on How to Foretell Events

Are we at the brink of an Apocalypse?

For centuries, man has suffered from pestilence and famine, but nothing has been more devastating than war among men. Far from reaching a point of Apocalypse, and then maybe, not too far, but for other reasons, the subject on pestilence and famine has awakened an interest in many astrologers because of the swine flu in Mexico. Although we may have various ways of approaching, from astrological point of view, we know that the ancient’s sages have written down, how to foretell the arrival of such events.

I am sure many would prefer to think that God has sent down his rage upon man for his sin’s and wickedness behavior, so was the thought of many church goers that need justify what has already been written in the stars.

The swine flu that has occurred in Mexico can be first looked at, by reviewing the 2009 Ingress chart for Mexico City.

Abu Masar tells us when Pisces is in the Ascendant;

“.., and exemplary punishment among the people; that illness comes to them; [1]”

Therefore, the initial chart already announces that illness will come to the people of Mexico.

Ali Aben Ragel also mentions when to foretell sickness and epidemics;

“Determine the Ascendant of the Year and the Ascendant of the conjunction or the opposition which is produced prior to the entrance of the Sun in Aries. Then, if these two Ascendants and the Moon were free from malefic and fortunate and the luminaries were oriented to the ruler, or to the luminaries that are the Ruler of time, it means that this year will be free of popular sickness, and other things.

However, if the Ruler of both Ascendants, and the Moon and the Ruler of the conjunction or the opposition, all equally or the major planets are unfavorable, it means that epidemic and death. Moreover, this will be determined according the strength of the unfortunate and according to the nature and the position in which they are found[2].”

The Ascendant of the year is in Pisces, and Jupiter in unfortunate and weak in the XII house. The luminaries; Moon is in the XI house in his sect, but in an earthly sign Capricorn, which is her detriment. The Sun is in his exaltation, in the II house, but he is out of sect, so he loses strength.

The ruler of the Ascendant, Jupiter, nor the ruler of time, Sun, have aspect among them. So we can conclude by looking at the first chart, that they will suffer an epidemic, however, since Jupiter is in his own terms, and in his house, we could conclude that it will not be of major proportion.

Therefore, we then proceed to look at the syzygy Moon, which occurred on March 10, 2009, New Moon in Virgo and the Moon is in conjunction to Saturn, and in opposition to the Sun in Pisces.

Masha Allah tells us about the conjunction of the planets;

“The conjunction of the planets signifies the accidents of this world and its matters, which are thus to be considered at the time of the higher and lower planets…,

If however they were conjoined in feminine signs, they will signify pestilence and of the death of animals[3]..,”

The Ruler of the Ascendant is Libra, Venus is in the VII house, Aries, and in opposition to the Ascendant. He does not aspect the luminaries, once again, announcing the epidemic and death among the people.

It is interesting to note that the signs of the swine flu are; similar to that of the regular flu, including fever [Venus in Aries], (usually over 38.5 degrees C or 101 degrees F), runny or stuffy nose, cough, sore throat, aching body, headache, chills, fatigue, diarrhea, [Moon and Saturn in Virgo] and vomiting.

The Outbreak of the Swine Flu:

We already know that the outbreak was reported late march[4], according to various sources. Can we determine the outbreak astrologically?

Yes, when both luminaries became conjunct, the New Moon. This occurred on March 26, 2009, at the end of March when it was reported.

Will this be the worse?

I believe more death will come to the Mexican people, due to bad weather, such as rain and floods during a later part of the year.

The Economical Delusion: G20 Part II

There is no doubt that President Barack Obama hit center stage. He looked more like a rock star, with a big smile and all. It was the Czechs, who got the worst end of the stick. However, Obama played in well with European leaders and reached a stimulus package which was too hard to resist. Was this foreseen in the US chart? Yes, if we look at the Ingress Chart of the US, we see that the V house is in Leo, the Sun is in its exaltation and in the Ascendant in a full house system, [which I prefer to use], and the V House has to do with, investments and stock exchange.

I don’t like to predict the outcome of something that has already happened, I mean that’s easy, and when in doubt, blame it on Pluto. But let’s try some predictions with what we already have.
We have seen how the stock exchange has reacted these last few days, but; Can it sustain itself with all these “stimulus packages” being offered? Well it continues to improve? I believe not, and this is where I see an economical delusion with major epic proportions.

I believe we will see a downturn, or stock crash sometime between April 12 through the 17th. This will happen because the people simply are not spending, there is no income coming in, there is no financial flow. On the other hand we will see a US much more aggressive in trying to avoid further foreclosures during the month of April. We will see the US during this same month reaching out to its enemies, and they will also try to strengthen their relationship with their allies. But to no achievement, they simply will not be able to convince others of their intentions.
As far as my predictions go, I said;

The Lunar Eclipse of February, will bring strike and protest among the people, especially in Europe and other nations during the probable month of February through June.

France was under fire during this particular month.

The Nation will feel insecure, instability and scarcity. There will be much uncertainty and prejudice among the famous and important people. We will also see scarcity of food, and all this will be seen during the beginng of March. The people will lack happiness, ill fortune and sadness will supervene the people.

No doubt here how the people have felt during these past days.

Those who have important positions will be in fear of losing it and will lose it.

GM and AIG are excellent examples of this.

Unemployment will continue to increase, and it will get much worse during the summer until September. We will see long lines of people looking for social help.

We see that unemployment continues to increase and I predict we will hit a 12% during the summer and Puerto Rico will hit an 18% to 20% by this summer.

The automobile industry will be his biggest challenge, and how to increase jobs to stimulate the economy, but only in the automobile sector will this be achieved.

Let us see what happens with this particular issue under his administration. But GM will go under.

April he will want to travel abroad and seek agreements.

G20 meeting and other travel to European Nations such as Turkey is to seek some agreements, especially support with Afghanistan.

Arrange for the upcoming May through September period, which will be apparently hard and difficult.

Mercury Lord of the Year - Virgo

There shall be much rain and a lack of corn. There shall be much infirmities of the eyes and death in the southern parts. We shall see floods, and strong winds.

Fixed Stars:

Denebola With Mercury: Many losses through agents or servants and through writings, loss of one of the family through malignant or contagious disease. [Robson*, p.161.]

Canopus With Mars: Cruel, bad-tempered, envious, jealous. [Robson*, p.150.]

Dragon Head in Capricorn:

It denotes joy and gladness to rich noble and great men, and their honor and preferment, but the dejection of the base and ignoble.

Dragon Tail in Cancer:

It denotes great mortalities and pestilences, sudden deaths, fornication and little or no justice, reason or honesty amongst men; the destruction of treasuries, and the flitting of great and noble men out of one place into another, also their sad condition and banishment through the works of their own hands, as writing, or some other things signified by the ingenious planet Mercury.

Ascendant in Piscis:

With the Ascendant in Piscis, the US will see a lot of rain, floods and we will hear of strong winds and hurricane. The people will want to entertain themselves, and as the year reaches to a near end, they will feel that their confidence has been lost and they will feel fear, and will suffer anxiety and a sense of abandonment and lack of justice.

People:

We will hear of riots, manifestations and lawsuits will be abundant. We may hear of the government approving the increase in price by part of the banking industry, but the administration will be highly criticized. During this period, women will not benefit, and those who seek going into litigations should be careful. People will want to seek better wellbeing, and we will see an increase of those who will want to go to the South and the Southeast of the US.

However, the year will not be good for the President and for the people. We find Mercury retrograde, but in its exaltation, which indicates the lack of fortune among sales people and accountants, and we will see a lack of business ventures and the unfortunate positions of astrologers or we will hear of the death of a well-known astrologer, this will happen between October and January.

People will use lies and treacheries and give false testimony, and there will be injustice in courts.

Man will continue to lose faith in his religion and its leaders and they will not hold them in esteem and will seek naïve and ignorant things.

Men will commit fraud against his associates, and dispose of their riches and women will be unfaithful to their men and take away their riches. We will continue to see an increase in divorce cases.

We will hear about men abusing of children and men that abandoning their wives, if they are older than they are, or children abandoning their mothers.

The people will be rebellious, especially in the Southeastern part of the US, and they will not have pity, nor will they obey the law, but we will see much of them poor, envious, and harm will come to others.

People will seek magic and rituals in order to increase their wellbeing. However, beware of the request one makes, because men will seek black magic and witchcraft to find success in his endeavors.

Accountants will feel unfortunate, and their businesses will lose financially.

The Gay community will benefit during this period and they will advance in their request. But men will commit crude acts and we will hear of sodomites and shameful acts that community will feel repulsive.

We will hear of death because of snow storms.

We will hear of fires in the North and NW of the US, destruction, and floods. This may commence sometime in November.

Health:

The people will see an increase of diabetics, and pancreatic disorders, liver problems and an increase in intestinal, liver and pancreatic cancer. We will also hear of an increase with problems with feet and ankles. They will suffer of stomach problems and colic’s or gastrointestinal problems.

The government must be alert, since we will see an increase of mosquitoes, flees, and bugs and this could go out of control.

Women will have difficulties with childbirth. Hospital will decrease their services and we will hear that they are getting into problems.

Economy:

We will continue to see the economy very precarious and people will see their wealth diminish. The Banks will continue to have economical problems, and those that have made big investments, will lose.

Agriculture:

The US will see a diminish in their agriculture, awakening concern of future food shortage. They will look at, [farmers] associating with others to reduce cost. We will hear of lost of good harvest.

Criminal Acts:

After September, we will hear of police officers being killed, especially in areas such as the Northeastern and Southeastern part of the country. Crime rate will increase, in areas such as the Northern and Northeastern part of the US. An increase in robberies and stolen cars.
It will be a bad year for the judicial and we will most likely hear about those who make the law, being investigated. Jails will see much harm and evil, as crime continues to escalate.

Weather:

During this period, one must be prepared, we will hear of strong winds, and lost of harvest, especially in the South, Southeast and Southwestern of the US. [Those ruled by Virgo] These winds will bring death to the population during the month of October and November, landslides, lost of homes, and this will be seen more so in the South and Southeastern area.

The President:

During the coming month he will feel abandoned, and scared over the decisions he will be making. Legal issues will arise, and hidden enemies will increase against him and the people will not favor him, but the people will continue to support the President. Groups will stand against the President, they will be disobedient, and we will see fights and conflicts between his vassals. The President will be criticized because of his position on education. Important men will go against the politics presented by the President, but he will prevail over them. Danger will surround the President during this period and he will be feared, but not all that he desires will be accomplished.

Barack Obama’s Solar Return:

His Profected year starts at the Ascendant, in Aquarius, and Saturn is in the XII house retrograde. He becomes his worst enemy during this year. But Sahl also tells us that a retrograde planet means;

“A retrograde planet signifies disobedience, and contradictions, and turning back and taking back, and diversity and discord.[1]”

His Firdarias changed in February and it is under his Sun/Mars, which mean;

“But if the nativity is nocturnal, the native will be changed from one state to another and from one magistery to another; he will make journeys and will be pained by various hardships; he will do injustice to men and he will have quarrels with them; because of this troubles will happen to him, [as well as] the cut of a sword, the bite of a dog or other animal; or he will be made infirm for a space of 9, 15, or 19 days, after which he will recover.”

His Saturn trines Mars, and according to Vetius Valens;

“It indicates instability in his work, incapable to do his job, idleness in his actions and violent nature. The native will be cruel, hostile, vindictive, malicious, treacherous, and with no commitment.[2]”

Mars is peregrine in the VIII house, which makes even more evil and according to Sahl;

“If a malefic planets were in a peregrine sign, and they were not in their own domiciles (nor in the exaltation, nor in triplicity), they increase evil and their impediments is made greater;..,[3]”

But he also warns us;

“If a planet were in the VIII from the Ascendant..,; and if the malefic were in the same place, their evil is made greater.[4]”

Vettius Valens or Firmicus Maternus [cannot recall], also tells us that those who have a wanning Moon;

“Those who have a wanning moon will lose whatever they achieve..,”

With his fridarias commencing in Mars, his areas of concern will be his career, honor and reputation, and how he is perceived when he communicates. When we look at his Solar Return, we can confirm his concern as to how he communicates; his X house is in his III house of his Solar Return, and his Ascendant is in his VI house of his Solar Return, he will be concern about his work. Saturn is in his Solar Return Ascendant in Virgo, and being malefic, in does not promise that he will accomplish his goals.

The Moon is VOC and slow and this signifies futility and annulment and that he will be turning back on his promises and that their will be impediment, and being slow also confirms the slowness of his decisions.

With his natal VIII house in the Ascendant of his Solar Return, we see continued conflicts and concerns, and those concerns will be about him.

His hopes will be about his stability and his job and how he achieves his goals, but he will not accomplish much during this term of his Solar Return.

His chart confirms what we see in the mundane chart.

The Government:

His cabinet will be favored, but during the month of September through February he will lose two Secretaries’, one will be requested to resign by the President. Judges and jail administrators will not be favored during these coming months. During this period, his Secretaries will be benefited by the justice system, and they will achieve what they want.

The US soldiers will have a bad year and we will see an increase in death.

World Events:

We will see disputes, uprising and hear about rumors of war or wars in countries such as; North an Western Africa, Algiers, China, Eastern Hurasan, Lesser Armenia, and Azerbaijan.
Israel: It will be a difficult year, the economy will see a decease. The Prime Minister will not fulfill the expectations of the people.

Paraguay: Strong fires in Paraguay, floods and destruction.

Iraq: We will see an increase in war, it is a far cry of leaving a country under control. The President will find himself in danger. We will see this during the month of September and December.

Los Angeles: A very difficult year economically, but we may also see a earthquake in October.

The Unveiling of the President’s 100 days.

The initial weeks of President Barack Obama have not been very easy. The stimulus economical plan has not been approved and is undergoing a close look as to where the money will be spent. I have no doubt that the stimulus plan will be approved, but I do feel it will be far from stopping foreclosure, unemployment, an increase in crime, and people in long lines seeking social help.
In addition, he has had problems selecting some of his secretary’s, despite his effort in trying to achieve a by-partisan agreement, he has been unsuccessful. Was this written in the stars? Here is what I had to say in my Spanish blog, Interpres Stellarum;

“Surgirán en el próximo mes de febrero ataques de parte de enemigos abiertos, surgirán problemas de comunicaciones, [¿Blackberry]. Es probable que tenga que ver con esos primeros 30 días y su plan económico. Esto continuara hasta el mes de abril.”

Translation – “During the month of February he will be attacked by his enemies openly, communications problems will occur, [Blackberry?]. It will most likely have to do with his first 30 days and his economical plan. This will continue until the month of April.”

Well McCain is an open enemy and he has been against the stimulus plan all together. His efforts to convince others have not been successful, despite all the Public Relations and efforts made to convince that this is the best alternative.

I also said in my 2009 predictions;

“Everything of prosperity that he seeks for his people will be denied. He will feel that he does not have the power, and this will bring sadness to him, fear, and emotionally weak.”

The coming month will be worse, as he faces a nation which is collapsing;

“Those who manage the finances will have great difficulty and obstacles.

His first one hundred days will be of much difficulties and he will not be favored by the people. They will feel he has let them down, and this will continue until the month of July. [In other words, Polls will be low for him].Between the month of March and April he will travel, but his objectives will not be met. His major concern will be over communication and if the country is understanding him.

The automobile industry will be his biggest challenge, and how to increase jobs to stimulate the economy, but only in the automobile sector will this be achieved. Until the month of July, he will feel he has lost honor among the people and he will unsatisfied with what he has accomplished.”

Governors must take action:

One other prediction, which is starting to unveil, is the following;

February Moon Eclipse:

I also mentioned in my 2009 Predictions that;

“The Lunar Eclipse of February will bring strike and protest among the people, especially in Europe and other nations during the probable month of February through June.”

This Lunar Eclipse will last 4 hours, and the ancients mention that the duration of a Lunar Eclipse will be 4 month. We should start seeing the effects almost immediately, but more so during the end of the month of March and mid-April.

The cities in which we will see this occur will be;

France, Italy Lithuania, Warsaw, Poland, and some cities in the US.

It is interesting to note that this Penumbral Eclipse falls on the President’s Ascendant, and in opposition to his date of ascension. I interpret this to be the opposition that some European nations will have against his policies. As I have mentioned in my predictions, he will commence his foreign travels in May.

The Economical Delusion of an Astrological Reality:

I have been meaning for some time to address the economical issue from an Astrological Mundane position. I mean, with all the bailout plans that we are hearing, the optimism in which the people have deposited in President Barack Obama, one would think that some change will take place, but this is unlikely. Why?

Well, we can see it from the point of view of the economics.

The US faces a challenging reality, they are in a grave recession, being the country with the largest debt and dependent on foreign capital to sustain its economy. The federal government alone operates with a deficit of 1 trillion annually. And if you add some additional goodies, (Medicare, Social Security), the amount is staggering, 60 trillion dollars.

Does one have to be an astrologer to predict what is going to happen?

Not really, but let us do so anyways. If we take the Aries Ingress chart for 2009, we see that the money from the commoners is in the II house, which is in Taurus, and Venus is in the I house. The people want to keep hold of their money. But it is in Aries, in detriment, out of sect, and retrograde. The lost of money or how it diminishes value.

Mars, the ruler of the Ascendant is in the XII house and Ali Aben Ragel tells us that this means that there will be much crime and assassination and that much harm will come to the people and there will be much dispute. Having Mars peregrine and out of sect, just worsens the situation. Therefore, will crime rise due to the lack of money or wellbeing?

The Ruler of the XII house is Jupiter, and Jupiter is in the XI house, house of hopes and groups, but she is in Aquarius, not strong and if we look what are they are hoping for, jobs, Saturn is in Virgo in the VI house, peregrine and retrograde. More loss of jobs most likely, in the automobile industry, communications, newspapers closing, and transportation. We should be hearing of this sometime in May. All this will bring discord among family members, especially among fathers and sons.

We should embrace ourselves for a very challenging period, which will be; May, June, July and August. Be prudent, and tell our loves ones to take one day at a time.
It’s interesting that John F. Kennedy, in one of his speeches referred to the word crisis and what it meant in mandarin. He said that it was made of two characters, one meant danger, and the other meant opportunity. Let us look beyond the danger and see what opportunities lay ahead.

However, this brings us to another stoical question. Are we living in a freewill world or is this destiny, which unfolds the raft of Tykhe, bearing us from all fortune. I will leave the answer to you. But beware, the Moon trine to Saturn brings false judgment.

“His Secretary’s will have bad luck and one that is close to him, the one of state, will be obligated to resign. But they will all suffer misfortune and will feel unlucky.”

Once again, President elect Obama has another secretary which has not had the “luck” expected. As I noted in my past article, Prediction Foretold? - Richardson quits as Obama's Cabinet pick, his secretary would not be well off, and this has been the case with the choice of Timothy Geithner, Secretary of Treasury.

“Timothy F. Geithner, President-elect Barack Obama’s choice to be Treasury secretary, failed to pay tens of thousands of dollars in federal taxes and also faces questions about the immigration status of a former household employee..,”

Will the saga continue? Wait and see…,

Euro Currency – Will it continue to show weakness?

In my initial 2009 Predictions, I mentioned that;

“The Euro will decline, especially during the month of January, June, July and October..,”

Here is what we know so far about what is going on with the Euro;

Jan. 7 (Bloomberg) -- The euro fell for a fourth day against the dollar before a European Union report forecast to show producer prices declined in November, bolstering the case for the European Central Bank to cut interest rates. By Stanley White

With the commencement of the new Czech EU Presidency, a new slogan was implemented with the three E’s; “Economy, Energy and Europe, Europe without barriers”. Will the EU Presidency be able to continue its strong hold on the European Economy? According to the chart, it should be the least affected, although each country will have its own taste of recession.

But my prediction for the month of January, the initial tendency reflects that this month will not be easy.

Prediction Foretold? - Richardson quits as Obama's Cabinet pick

New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson on Sunday withdrew as U.S. President-elect Barack Obama's nominee for commerce secretary, becoming the first casualty among Obama's picks for his Cabinet.

Is this the beginning of a “Prediction Foretold”? A question that I would have to ask myself is; When does the effect of the Aries Ingress start to take place? This is what I wrote about Obama’s Secretary’s;

“His Secretary’s will have bad luck and one that is close to him, the one of state, will be obligated to resign. But they will all suffer misfortune and will feel unlucky.”

Bill Richardson is indeed one who is very close to him, but he is not necessarily the “one of state” of which I am referring to. But this set back is definitely not good for President-elect Obama, who already has his hands full with a economic recession, conflict in middle east, and selecting his cabinet.

I cannot say that I succeded with this prediction, since he has not taken office as Secretary. But it is still an excelent indication of what's to come.

Israel attacks Gaza

After having read a few emails about Pluto being in Capricorn and Mars conjunct…, well it all sounds all right, but this can be easily explained from a traditional point of view. Of course it is always easy to speak about a Prediction after the facts, but I could not resist the temptation to contradict the Pluto effect.

If we look at the Ingress Chart Israel of March 20, 2008, which is a fixed chart, meaning it is good for the whole year. The Asc. is in Taurus and Venus is exalted in Pisces in the XI house. The people of Israel are pretty well off this year. But if we look at their neighbors, Palestinians, the III house, we see that they are not well, and Mars, significator of war, is also in the III house in fall, square the Sun, representing the Prime Minister of Israel in the XII, not well intended. The VII house of open enemies is Scorpio, and Mars is in the III house of neighbors, in fall. The New Moon in Capricorn happens to be in opposition to Mars in Cancer, conjunct Mars in Capricorn. That New Moon is what activates the complete ordeal.

Ali Aben Ragel also tells us that if Mars is square to the Sun, that their will be war, and disobedience to the “king”, and he will lose his kingdom. [He will probably lose the elections]. Does anyone know if it is April? He also tells us to look at the Sun and count how many houses is Mars from the Sun, and he is in the IV from the Sun, you can determine the reason why they fight. Land?

Ali Aben Ragel also tells us; “Mars in the III house shows that their will be no association between them, they will be envious and enemies among each other.” The Sun in the XII house; “the people of this region will be hated by Kings and the people will be harmed and will have a heavy burden.”

When will it finish? I believe it will end on Jan. 10, when the Moon is Full in Cancer. This sounds like an awful long time, considering the oppositions the Israeli are getting.

I also believe that the current party will lose the elections, and the attacks on Gaza will be the turning point for Israel to have a bad year 2009.

2009 Astrological Predictions for US

Introduction:

Mundane Astrology is probably the most difficult art to accomplish of the various arts that astrologers practice. But it is probably the most fascinating and most rewarding, of them all. I am an ardent student of the writings of Ali Aben Ragel, Abu Masar, who wrote extensively about Mundane Astrology, and I have had the honor to study with a most excellent astrologer and friend, Robert Zoller.
During the past years, I have restrained from doing any mundane astrology for the US, due to the efforts involved, but not so for Puerto Rico, the country in where I live, to which I have had much success and recognition. This year I have decided to create a blog, called Angelicus Merlin Vox Stellarum, in honor of the astrologer, William Lilly, and his yearly Almanac during the XVII Century.

Once the Presidential Inaugural takes place, I will study the same astrologically, and will write about what fate the stars hold for President Obama, according to Abu Masar and Masha allah.

2009 Predictions - US

The Year 2009 is a year in which man will want to transcend all mental and human limits. We must demand that we extend ourselves beyond our usual way of conduct. We must understand, that we are part of a whole, and that we should help others realize this. It will be a year in which a lot of social ideals and community idealism will be presented, all with the intention to commence a year of transformation, which will be the commencement of new things to come.

The Sun is the Ruler of the Year, and it represents the President. And it is significant, because he will want good for his people and will want to benefit the nation. But he will feel forsaken, because of the precarious economical position of the Nation. He will have no choice than to present alternatives that will not be good for the US.

The ancient sages said that if the New Year commenced on a Thursday, both the winter and summer will be windy and that Spring will be humid. We will see floods this year, during the August through October period.

Eclipses:

Eclipses have always been of concern throughout antiquity, this year we shall have five.'

The Solar Eclipse that will occur during the month of January will bring sadness and burden to the people.

The Lunar Eclipse of February, will bring strike and protest among the people, especially in Europe and other nations during the probable month of February through June.

The Lunar Eclipse of July, we will hear of kidnaps, a higher rate in robberies, and higher crime rates during the month of July through September. [One must look at statistics as a whole].

The Solar Eclipse of July augurs an increase of sexual famine, especially after the month of July.

The Lunar Eclipse of August will bring harm to the land and its fruits.

The People:

The Nation will feel insecure, instability and scarcity. There will be much uncertainty and prejudice among the famous and important people. We will also see scarcity of food, and all this will be seen during the beginng of March. The people will lack happiness, ill fortune and sadness will supervene the people.

Governors will be obligated to increase tributes, and this will cause anguish and sickness among the people, especially those States that are in a bad situation such as; Puerto Rico, and California. [See http://www.cbpp.org/9-8-08sfp.htm, State Budget Troubles Worsen].

We will see a decrease in their riches, and people will lose their documents.

The Banking Industry will continue to be sluggish during the coming year.

The old will suffer dearly. The Moon is in detriment and unfavorable, and this is indicative that the people will be harmed by their governors and will suffer much sickness. And where rain is needed they will not have, and where it is not, much will be received.

Those who have important positions will be in fear of losing it and will lose it. The people will lose their faith in the religion and religious people and will seek help in those that say are spiritual, but will be fooled by what they say. Be careful in whom you deposit your faith.

It will be a year in which the people will be reflective, restrained, sad and with hurt. It will be a year in which people will lie, deceit, and provide false documents. But this will be seen more among accountants and sales people.

An increase of women who die during labor. We will hear of the death of a famous economist, or financial or business tycoon during the month of March through September.

We will hear of grandfathers who will abuse of their grandchildren, of elderly who will feel abandoned, and it will be the elderly who will mostly suffer the economical setback of the nation.

We will hear of an increase of children who die by suffocation or drowning.

People will travel less, and the airline industry will continue to suffer setbacks.

An increase of divorce among couples will occur during 2009.

An increase of the earth tremble, and we will here of this more so in the North, Northeastern and Southeastern of the US. It will be the South and Southwest of the US in which it will suffer as far as weather is concern.

Unemployment will continue to increase, and it will get much worse during the summer until September. We will see long lines of people looking for social help.

Health:

Cold sickness will be abundant, and intestinal problems or an increase in Cancer Colon, an increase in diabetes, problems with ankles, bones and knees, will be frequent among the people. Venereal and AIDS will be abundant, and people will fall into depression, and we will hear of an increase in suicides.

Agriculture:

Scarcity in agriculture, stock-breeder will have a difficult year, and they will go bankrupt. The government will have bigger concerns and will not attain to their needs.

The President:

He will be fearful and forsaken because of his unfortunate predicament. His Secretary’s will have bad luck and one that is close to him, the one of state, will be obligated to resign. But they will all suffer misfortune and will feel unlucky. States will reach agreements with their government employees, but the growth of government employees will come to a halt. But we will hear of possible strikes and powerful men who will be against the President.

Everything of prosperity that he seeks for his people will be denied. He will feel that he does not have the power, and this will bring sadness to him, fear, and emotionally weak.

Those who manage the finances will have great difficulty and obstacles.

The automobile industry will be his biggest challenge, and how to increase jobs to stimulate the economy, but only in the automobile sector will this be achieved. Until the month of July, he will feel he has lost honor among the people and he will unsatisfied with what he has accomplished.

His first objective will have to do with education and schools, and improve the student’s performance. January he will be involved with issues such as health, and jobs. February he will seek conversations with other countries, and countries which may be seen as US enemies. He will be also concern about his wife.. March he will talk to the Nation and probably ask for sacrifice and an increase in tributes. April he will want to travel abroad and seek agreements.

Worldview:

The death of a religious one will bring sadness to many. Areas such as the South and Southeast of the World will be the most afflicted. Snow storms, especially in the Southwest and South of the US. Earthquakes will continue to shake the earth, places like Portugal, Greece, Egypt, Brazil and Turkey or areas close to these will be the most affected.

We will hear of tyranny in some countries, and death will be among the people, and hunger and they will burn cities, and the people will be punished. Drought will continue to hurt many countries, and we shall hear of the death of a great leader, and all this during the month of April through September will occur.

The Euro will decline, especially during the month of January, June, July and October, and we will hear of one or more European countries that will want to abandon the EU Agreement. [This does not mean that they will].

Mexico will have a terrible year, women will be the one who will most suffer, and the government will have a hard time communicating with the people. Death of many children, the people will feel abandoned by the government.

Spain will continue to have a downfall in the economy, unemployment will continue to increase but will be significant is the increase in car accidents.

France, the young people will go against the government and we will hear of riots and upsets.
