The Economical Delusion: G20 Part II

There is no doubt that President Barack Obama hit center stage. He looked more like a rock star, with a big smile and all. It was the Czechs, who got the worst end of the stick. However, Obama played in well with European leaders and reached a stimulus package which was too hard to resist. Was this foreseen in the US chart? Yes, if we look at the Ingress Chart of the US, we see that the V house is in Leo, the Sun is in its exaltation and in the Ascendant in a full house system, [which I prefer to use], and the V House has to do with, investments and stock exchange.

I don’t like to predict the outcome of something that has already happened, I mean that’s easy, and when in doubt, blame it on Pluto. But let’s try some predictions with what we already have.
We have seen how the stock exchange has reacted these last few days, but; Can it sustain itself with all these “stimulus packages” being offered? Well it continues to improve? I believe not, and this is where I see an economical delusion with major epic proportions.

I believe we will see a downturn, or stock crash sometime between April 12 through the 17th. This will happen because the people simply are not spending, there is no income coming in, there is no financial flow. On the other hand we will see a US much more aggressive in trying to avoid further foreclosures during the month of April. We will see the US during this same month reaching out to its enemies, and they will also try to strengthen their relationship with their allies. But to no achievement, they simply will not be able to convince others of their intentions.
As far as my predictions go, I said;

The Lunar Eclipse of February, will bring strike and protest among the people, especially in Europe and other nations during the probable month of February through June.

France was under fire during this particular month.

The Nation will feel insecure, instability and scarcity. There will be much uncertainty and prejudice among the famous and important people. We will also see scarcity of food, and all this will be seen during the beginng of March. The people will lack happiness, ill fortune and sadness will supervene the people.

No doubt here how the people have felt during these past days.

Those who have important positions will be in fear of losing it and will lose it.

GM and AIG are excellent examples of this.

Unemployment will continue to increase, and it will get much worse during the summer until September. We will see long lines of people looking for social help.

We see that unemployment continues to increase and I predict we will hit a 12% during the summer and Puerto Rico will hit an 18% to 20% by this summer.

The automobile industry will be his biggest challenge, and how to increase jobs to stimulate the economy, but only in the automobile sector will this be achieved.

Let us see what happens with this particular issue under his administration. But GM will go under.

April he will want to travel abroad and seek agreements.

G20 meeting and other travel to European Nations such as Turkey is to seek some agreements, especially support with Afghanistan.

Arrange for the upcoming May through September period, which will be apparently hard and difficult.

Mercury Lord of the Year - Virgo

There shall be much rain and a lack of corn. There shall be much infirmities of the eyes and death in the southern parts. We shall see floods, and strong winds.


Fixed Stars:

Denebola With Mercury: Many losses through agents or servants and through writings, loss of one of the family through malignant or contagious disease. [Robson*, p.161.]

Canopus With Mars: Cruel, bad-tempered, envious, jealous. [Robson*, p.150.]

Dragon Head in Capricorn:

It denotes joy and gladness to rich noble and great men, and their honor and preferment, but the dejection of the base and ignoble.

Dragon Tail in Cancer:

It denotes great mortalities and pestilences, sudden deaths, fornication and little or no justice, reason or honesty amongst men; the destruction of treasuries, and the flitting of great and noble men out of one place into another, also their sad condition and banishment through the works of their own hands, as writing, or some other things signified by the ingenious planet Mercury.

Ascendant in Piscis:


With the Ascendant in Piscis, the US will see a lot of rain, floods and we will hear of strong winds and hurricane. The people will want to entertain themselves, and as the year reaches to a near end, they will feel that their confidence has been lost and they will feel fear, and will suffer anxiety and a sense of abandonment and lack of justice.

People:

We will hear of riots, manifestations and lawsuits will be abundant. We may hear of the government approving the increase in price by part of the banking industry, but the administration will be highly criticized. During this period, women will not benefit, and those who seek going into litigations should be careful. People will want to seek better wellbeing, and we will see an increase of those who will want to go to the South and the Southeast of the US.

However, the year will not be good for the President and for the people. We find Mercury retrograde, but in its exaltation, which indicates the lack of fortune among sales people and accountants, and we will see a lack of business ventures and the unfortunate positions of astrologers or we will hear of the death of a well-known astrologer, this will happen between October and January.

People will use lies and treacheries and give false testimony, and there will be injustice in courts.



Man will continue to lose faith in his religion and its leaders and they will not hold them in esteem and will seek naïve and ignorant things.

Men will commit fraud against his associates, and dispose of their riches and women will be unfaithful to their men and take away their riches. We will continue to see an increase in divorce cases.

We will hear about men abusing of children and men that abandoning their wives, if they are older than they are, or children abandoning their mothers.

The people will be rebellious, especially in the Southeastern part of the US, and they will not have pity, nor will they obey the law, but we will see much of them poor, envious, and harm will come to others.

People will seek magic and rituals in order to increase their wellbeing. However, beware of the request one makes, because men will seek black magic and witchcraft to find success in his endeavors.

Accountants will feel unfortunate, and their businesses will lose financially.

The Gay community will benefit during this period and they will advance in their request. But men will commit crude acts and we will hear of sodomites and shameful acts that community will feel repulsive.

We will hear of death because of snow storms.

We will hear of fires in the North and NW of the US, destruction, and floods. This may commence sometime in November.

Health:

The people will see an increase of diabetics, and pancreatic disorders, liver problems and an increase in intestinal, liver and pancreatic cancer. We will also hear of an increase with problems with feet and ankles. They will suffer of stomach problems and colic’s or gastrointestinal problems.

The government must be alert, since we will see an increase of mosquitoes, flees, and bugs and this could go out of control.

Women will have difficulties with childbirth. Hospital will decrease their services and we will hear that they are getting into problems.

Economy:

We will continue to see the economy very precarious and people will see their wealth diminish. The Banks will continue to have economical problems, and those that have made big investments, will lose.

Agriculture:

The US will see a diminish in their agriculture, awakening concern of future food shortage. They will look at, [farmers] associating with others to reduce cost. We will hear of lost of good harvest.

Criminal Acts:

After September, we will hear of police officers being killed, especially in areas such as the Northeastern and Southeastern part of the country. Crime rate will increase, in areas such as the Northern and Northeastern part of the US. An increase in robberies and stolen cars.
It will be a bad year for the judicial and we will most likely hear about those who make the law, being investigated. Jails will see much harm and evil, as crime continues to escalate.

Weather:

During this period, one must be prepared, we will hear of strong winds, and lost of harvest, especially in the South, Southeast and Southwestern of the US. [Those ruled by Virgo] These winds will bring death to the population during the month of October and November, landslides, lost of homes, and this will be seen more so in the South and Southeastern area.

The President:



During the coming month he will feel abandoned, and scared over the decisions he will be making. Legal issues will arise, and hidden enemies will increase against him and the people will not favor him, but the people will continue to support the President. Groups will stand against the President, they will be disobedient, and we will see fights and conflicts between his vassals. The President will be criticized because of his position on education. Important men will go against the politics presented by the President, but he will prevail over them. Danger will surround the President during this period and he will be feared, but not all that he desires will be accomplished.



Barack Obama’s Solar Return:

His Profected year starts at the Ascendant, in Aquarius, and Saturn is in the XII house retrograde. He becomes his worst enemy during this year. But Sahl also tells us that a retrograde planet means;

“A retrograde planet signifies disobedience, and contradictions, and turning back and taking back, and diversity and discord.[1]”

His Firdarias changed in February and it is under his Sun/Mars, which mean;

“But if the nativity is nocturnal, the native will be changed from one state to another and from one magistery to another; he will make journeys and will be pained by various hardships; he will do injustice to men and he will have quarrels with them; because of this troubles will happen to him, [as well as] the cut of a sword, the bite of a dog or other animal; or he will be made infirm for a space of 9, 15, or 19 days, after which he will recover.”

His Saturn trines Mars, and according to Vetius Valens;

“It indicates instability in his work, incapable to do his job, idleness in his actions and violent nature. The native will be cruel, hostile, vindictive, malicious, treacherous, and with no commitment.[2]”

Mars is peregrine in the VIII house, which makes even more evil and according to Sahl;

“If a malefic planets were in a peregrine sign, and they were not in their own domiciles (nor in the exaltation, nor in triplicity), they increase evil and their impediments is made greater;..,[3]”

But he also warns us;

“If a planet were in the VIII from the Ascendant..,; and if the malefic were in the same place, their evil is made greater.[4]”

Vettius Valens or Firmicus Maternus [cannot recall], also tells us that those who have a wanning Moon;

“Those who have a wanning moon will lose whatever they achieve..,”

With his fridarias commencing in Mars, his areas of concern will be his career, honor and reputation, and how he is perceived when he communicates. When we look at his Solar Return, we can confirm his concern as to how he communicates; his X house is in his III house of his Solar Return, and his Ascendant is in his VI house of his Solar Return, he will be concern about his work. Saturn is in his Solar Return Ascendant in Virgo, and being malefic, in does not promise that he will accomplish his goals.

The Moon is VOC and slow and this signifies futility and annulment and that he will be turning back on his promises and that their will be impediment, and being slow also confirms the slowness of his decisions.

With his natal VIII house in the Ascendant of his Solar Return, we see continued conflicts and concerns, and those concerns will be about him.

His hopes will be about his stability and his job and how he achieves his goals, but he will not accomplish much during this term of his Solar Return.

His chart confirms what we see in the mundane chart.

The Government:

His cabinet will be favored, but during the month of September through February he will lose two Secretaries’, one will be requested to resign by the President. Judges and jail administrators will not be favored during these coming months. During this period, his Secretaries will be benefited by the justice system, and they will achieve what they want.

The US soldiers will have a bad year and we will see an increase in death.

World Events:

We will see disputes, uprising and hear about rumors of war or wars in countries such as; North an Western Africa, Algiers, China, Eastern Hurasan, Lesser Armenia, and Azerbaijan.
Israel: It will be a difficult year, the economy will see a decease. The Prime Minister will not fulfill the expectations of the people.

Paraguay: Strong fires in Paraguay, floods and destruction.

Iraq: We will see an increase in war, it is a far cry of leaving a country under control. The President will find himself in danger. We will see this during the month of September and December.

Los Angeles: A very difficult year economically, but we may also see a earthquake in October.

The Unveiling of the President’s 100 days.

The initial weeks of President Barack Obama have not been very easy. The stimulus economical plan has not been approved and is undergoing a close look as to where the money will be spent. I have no doubt that the stimulus plan will be approved, but I do feel it will be far from stopping foreclosure, unemployment, an increase in crime, and people in long lines seeking social help.
In addition, he has had problems selecting some of his secretary’s, despite his effort in trying to achieve a by-partisan agreement, he has been unsuccessful. Was this written in the stars? Here is what I had to say in my Spanish blog, Interpres Stellarum;

“Surgirán en el próximo mes de febrero ataques de parte de enemigos abiertos, surgirán problemas de comunicaciones, [¿Blackberry]. Es probable que tenga que ver con esos primeros 30 días y su plan económico. Esto continuara hasta el mes de abril.”

Translation – “During the month of February he will be attacked by his enemies openly, communications problems will occur, [Blackberry?]. It will most likely have to do with his first 30 days and his economical plan. This will continue until the month of April.”

Well McCain is an open enemy and he has been against the stimulus plan all together. His efforts to convince others have not been successful, despite all the Public Relations and efforts made to convince that this is the best alternative.

I also said in my 2009 predictions;

“Everything of prosperity that he seeks for his people will be denied. He will feel that he does not have the power, and this will bring sadness to him, fear, and emotionally weak.”

The coming month will be worse, as he faces a nation which is collapsing;

“Those who manage the finances will have great difficulty and obstacles.

His first one hundred days will be of much difficulties and he will not be favored by the people. They will feel he has let them down, and this will continue until the month of July. [In other words, Polls will be low for him].Between the month of March and April he will travel, but his objectives will not be met. His major concern will be over communication and if the country is understanding him.

The automobile industry will be his biggest challenge, and how to increase jobs to stimulate the economy, but only in the automobile sector will this be achieved. Until the month of July, he will feel he has lost honor among the people and he will unsatisfied with what he has accomplished.”

Governors must take action:

One other prediction, which is starting to unveil, is the following;

“Governors will be obligated to increase tributes, and this will cause anguish and sickness among the people, especially those States that are in a bad situation such as; Puerto Rico, and California.”

February Moon Eclipse:

I also mentioned in my 2009 Predictions that;

“The Lunar Eclipse of February will bring strike and protest among the people, especially in Europe and other nations during the probable month of February through June.”

This Lunar Eclipse will last 4 hours, and the ancients mention that the duration of a Lunar Eclipse will be 4 month. We should start seeing the effects almost immediately, but more so during the end of the month of March and mid-April.

The cities in which we will see this occur will be;

France, Italy Lithuania, Warsaw, Poland, and some cities in the US.

It is interesting to note that this Penumbral Eclipse falls on the President’s Ascendant, and in opposition to his date of ascension. I interpret this to be the opposition that some European nations will have against his policies. As I have mentioned in my predictions, he will commence his foreign travels in May.

The Economical Delusion of an Astrological Reality:

I have been meaning for some time to address the economical issue from an Astrological Mundane position. I mean, with all the bailout plans that we are hearing, the optimism in which the people have deposited in President Barack Obama, one would think that some change will take place, but this is unlikely. Why?

Well, we can see it from the point of view of the economics.

The US faces a challenging reality, they are in a grave recession, being the country with the largest debt and dependent on foreign capital to sustain its economy. The federal government alone operates with a deficit of 1 trillion annually. And if you add some additional goodies, (Medicare, Social Security), the amount is staggering, 60 trillion dollars.

Does one have to be an astrologer to predict what is going to happen?

Not really, but let us do so anyways. If we take the Aries Ingress chart for 2009, we see that the money from the commoners is in the II house, which is in Taurus, and Venus is in the I house. The people want to keep hold of their money. But it is in Aries, in detriment, out of sect, and retrograde. The lost of money or how it diminishes value.

Mars, the ruler of the Ascendant is in the XII house and Ali Aben Ragel tells us that this means that there will be much crime and assassination and that much harm will come to the people and there will be much dispute. Having Mars peregrine and out of sect, just worsens the situation. Therefore, will crime rise due to the lack of money or wellbeing?

The Ruler of the XII house is Jupiter, and Jupiter is in the XI house, house of hopes and groups, but she is in Aquarius, not strong and if we look what are they are hoping for, jobs, Saturn is in Virgo in the VI house, peregrine and retrograde. More loss of jobs most likely, in the automobile industry, communications, newspapers closing, and transportation. We should be hearing of this sometime in May. All this will bring discord among family members, especially among fathers and sons.

We should embrace ourselves for a very challenging period, which will be; May, June, July and August. Be prudent, and tell our loves ones to take one day at a time.
It’s interesting that John F. Kennedy, in one of his speeches referred to the word crisis and what it meant in mandarin. He said that it was made of two characters, one meant danger, and the other meant opportunity. Let us look beyond the danger and see what opportunities lay ahead.

However, this brings us to another stoical question. Are we living in a freewill world or is this destiny, which unfolds the raft of Tykhe, bearing us from all fortune. I will leave the answer to you. But beware, the Moon trine to Saturn brings false judgment.

Prediction Foretold? - T. Geithner, chosen for Secretary of Treasury under fire

“His Secretary’s will have bad luck and one that is close to him, the one of state, will be obligated to resign. But they will all suffer misfortune and will feel unlucky.”

Once again, President elect Obama has another secretary which has not had the “luck” expected. As I noted in my past article, Prediction Foretold? - Richardson quits as Obama's Cabinet pick, his secretary would not be well off, and this has been the case with the choice of Timothy Geithner, Secretary of Treasury.

“Timothy F. Geithner, President-elect Barack Obama’s choice to be Treasury secretary, failed to pay tens of thousands of dollars in federal taxes and also faces questions about the immigration status of a former household employee..,”

Will the saga continue? Wait and see…,

Euro Currency – Will it continue to show weakness?

In my initial 2009 Predictions, I mentioned that;

“The Euro will decline, especially during the month of January, June, July and October..,”

Here is what we know so far about what is going on with the Euro;

Jan. 7 (Bloomberg) -- The euro fell for a fourth day against the dollar before a European Union report forecast to show producer prices declined in November, bolstering the case for the European Central Bank to cut interest rates. By Stanley White

With the commencement of the new Czech EU Presidency, a new slogan was implemented with the three E’s; “Economy, Energy and Europe, Europe without barriers”. Will the EU Presidency be able to continue its strong hold on the European Economy? According to the chart, it should be the least affected, although each country will have its own taste of recession.

But my prediction for the month of January, the initial tendency reflects that this month will not be easy.

Prediction Foretold? - Richardson quits as Obama's Cabinet pick

New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson on Sunday withdrew as U.S. President-elect Barack Obama's nominee for commerce secretary, becoming the first casualty among Obama's picks for his Cabinet.

Is this the beginning of a “Prediction Foretold”? A question that I would have to ask myself is; When does the effect of the Aries Ingress start to take place? This is what I wrote about Obama’s Secretary’s;

“His Secretary’s will have bad luck and one that is close to him, the one of state, will be obligated to resign. But they will all suffer misfortune and will feel unlucky.”

Bill Richardson is indeed one who is very close to him, but he is not necessarily the “one of state” of which I am referring to. But this set back is definitely not good for President-elect Obama, who already has his hands full with a economic recession, conflict in middle east, and selecting his cabinet.

I cannot say that I succeded with this prediction, since he has not taken office as Secretary. But it is still an excelent indication of what's to come.
